You can apply for jobs, however some jobs might require you to have provisional licence. If going through employer sponsored visa, you will definitely require provisional registration for visa application.
Hello sir, I have recently cleared my Kaps exam in November and have 7 in each in PTE and apply for EOI in two states, currently I am in Australia my question is how long will it take to send me a invitation or will they increase the point for491 visa, will I face the problem in getting the PR visa. @@theedwins4eva

Age limit apply to all point based visas in Australia, check immigration website on the specific visa.
