Awesome tour! Some plants you can choose from are the following: coffee plant, Adondia palm, ficus benjamina, jasmine, jade, and peperomia. You can look online and check the plants temperature, light, soil, and fertilizer requirements so that you can ensure you choose and grow the best plant for your area.
Love the decoration! The place looks great, totally my style. I had those stickers too, but I ruined the wall/plaster trying to remove it.. Hope it works better for you guys!
The open staircase is perfect to add a swing of somekind.. all the way from the top ceiling.. to be used as an extra breakfast seat at the kitchen counter.. and when you don’t use it strap it to the stairs!

I honestly would have never thought of doing the wicker disks on the wall in the living room. I love it and you did an amazing job. Much love from the USA 🤗
Researching your old videos,God I do envy you. Your living in sunshinme( I live in cold wet Scotland intact it is showing right now) you have beautiful furniture and a comfortable life. You made good choices in your lives I chose children and no career I'm a single disabled parent but on the plus side I taught my kids to make good choices. My son is 21 just 2 days ago, Is now at the end of his diplom!a course in computer networking he has studied 3 courses over 5 years I'm very proud of him he has medical issues too(asthmatic and has sleep apnoea). My daughter who has dyslexia, dcd,autistic and suffers from agoraphobia she has a lot of challenges but is wanting to do something to do we music so I encourage this I'm very proud of her she has a lot to contend with she was born dead in 1 ear and now also has tonight and hyperacusis. Congratulations on your successful life it's always nice to see others do good x

You could tell us more about your favorita or random stories about your clothes, shoes, etc. Like your favorite item, something you Will never throw away because of a sentimental value, or something that doesn't fit but you just don't get rid of it, idk stuff like that would be fun!
Those are Command strips made by the 3M co that started in USA 116 yrs ago that manufacture the strips You are using on the walls to hang Your Art ect... they also advertise strips on TV 📺all the time in USA & You can order on Amazon! Great job on decorating Your apt.vignettes look good and very nice wardrobe organization👛👜👝 👢👠👡 ciao

That 3M tape is maybe in 90% of most stores here in the U.S. If you can think ahead, amazon has them in bulk and pretty cheap. It is very interesting to see the difference in your vlogs and Jon's vlogs. I love this perspective.! New sub!

I know, I have way too much but fashion and clothes are my biggest interest. :-) I sell all my clothes and donate all the money to charity, we're gonna build a new school so the money goes to that. You can find my clothes at Yaytrade! :-)
You know... Jon is just like me when it comes to doing stuff myself all the time. My mom asks me if I could help her mount something on the wall. When we start she’s telling me that she can help me, but I am like “Nah... I think I got it”. And by the way... I am from Norway and I also ft fa,ily from Sweden. Awesome vlog too!

Can you please make a VLOG to show how you use the manual focus on your camera for vlogging and also how you do colour grading and editing. I use a Leica Q sometimes but its hard to keep switching focus from myself to other things quickly. Auto focus has too much going on so I don't use it.
Guys better put some holes in the wall to make sure they do not fall on your head at one point. Those stickers are not the strongest ones and they will eventually fail at one point. Great decoration ;)

Super cozy appartment! But the sticky tapes might release when it gets really warm in the appartment because the glue gets warmed up and it can fall down! I hope not with this kind of sticky tapes bc they looked professional! Have fun in your new beautiful home❤️

Garrett F probably because in order to quality as a resident you need to stay minimum of 183 days per year in the country. That way you get to enjoy all the benefits of being a resident. This is just speculation though, can’t say for sure
It's a tax thing, they officially have to be at least half a year (more or less it doesn't really get checked...) in Monaco, otherwise you are not a full time resident and you don't fall into their tax region. But since they are socially exposed, thats how they have to do it. So if they would spend more time in Marbella (where taxes are fucking crazy) than Monaco (where taxes are low), they would have to pay extra taxes in Spain!

Marbella is the "summer home" but officially they live in Monaco (because no taxes but shhhh)
