    Great workout! I don't recommend trying it after doing pistol squats though lol

    How often should I do this workout in a week? I have absolutely no idea :P

      Thank you for being on the channel! It really depends on your goals. I generally try to work out 3-4 times per week but varying the workouts I do to make sure I build strength and flexibility in my entire body. I have many videos on my channel so you can mix and get some variation which hopefully makes it more fun too! 😁💪

      I use the 'tabata timer' app for my workouts. It does the job ☺️

    Dose this make your body slimmer /lightweight?

      Hi Aylah. This is a full body workout targeted to the muscles equestrians need the most. My workouts and communication purposefully don't focus on weight loss as that's not my expertise. However regular workouts like this can certainly be part of a weight loss journey. I hope you will find it useful 😊

      None of the workouts on this channel are aimed at bulking up muscles, but rather focused on functional strength, flexibility and mobility for the body to improve our horse riding 😊🐴

      If you do the routine several times per week and consistently, then yes you should see a difference in the tone of your arms and legs 😊💪
