I know we dont like each other, but at the end of the day we are the same,we are Sheffield and we work together drink together some of us sleep together,😂 its so much better than supporting one club citys like Leeds,so lets try and enjoy Sunday,👍⚔️
Strangely as a Blade not feeling the nerves like I would have expected. I think last season was so devastating I’m all bottomed out with despair, nothing could be worse than that.
I enjoyed that more than I thought I would With it being over on the dark side I predicted a mid table finish for you You’ve got a good manager , who needs to be allowed to build this season and push on next , the only fly in that ointment is the lunatic in charge over there Said up in 2 for us
The Sheff Utd defence has been consistently impressive, we just don't look like conceding, so I'm very confident the most Sheff Wed can score is ONE goal but I'm expecting a clean sheet. The problem with Sheff Utd is that we're not free scoring and Wilder hasn't found a tactical attacking spark yet, however we do have a few quality players who can score goals from nothing and that's bailed us out. We've looked consistently good and solid but never really impressive like we'll win the league. Logic suggest Sheff Utd will win probably 2-0 but might be 1-0.
The Blades are in a great position in the league but these games are mostly about the fans bragging rights regardless of the league positions. Here's hoping the bragging rights are going to be with the Unitedites. ⚔️⚔️UTB⚔️⚔️
Blades already won haven’t they. Hate playing them when we are the under dogs had 25 years of this crap. Long as we don’t get hammered I don’t really care. Your been in prem spend 20 mil on some players. And wilder will still moan about something to do with Wednesday. We have got f all but a terrible chairman.
It's Leeds I don't like it's never been united... how can it be?... I'm from S2...manor... I've grown up with united fans primary school secondary school my best mate and his brothers all united fans.. the hate just isn't there for me... yeah there's a piss take between us but never a dislike... not from me anyway... Leeds on the other hand I dislike everything about that club 😂 4:20
Blade here, in peace, you have no idea how tough the Premier has become. You would be going up needing a lot of new players, ones that cost a lot and it is really tough. You look at a fixture list ….who are we playing this week, Man City ….oh f%£k, next week …Arsenal away …oh F, Next one Liverpool at home….oh F, it just doesn’t stop. You are playing really in a league of the bottom six. It’s tough, the manager can only do so much.
I’ve a very good mate who’s an Ipswich fan and pre season he was saying after they’d spent 100m that they’d upset a few. They can’t buy a win and surely heading back to the Championship….
@@peterlangan1181I completely agree the gap is huge but for me it wasn’t even those games against the big teams that I looked at thinking this is going to be hard work cos you expect it, it was more like the mid table teams like palace, West Ham, Brentford and those sort of standard of teams that show how big the gap is, they all have established international level players, like palace had eze olise and guehi just to name 3, West Ham with Bowen and paqueta. You’ll nick a few results but it’s so hard to get a good run going when the standard of those mid table teams is so far ahead of the top of the championship. A promoted team can’t compete with that without spending 75+ million when you go up and spending it well, Forest have showed that it’s still doable but it’s very hard they had to break ffp rules to survive, in the last 5 years that gap has gotten so much bigger I think. So yeah to the original comment respectfully if Wednesday went up with rohl the result would be same as it was for us last year
Thanks for having me on Stevie. Really enjoyed that one, probably more than the anxiety of the upcoming derby 👍
Blade here, I’ll be there Sunday but I can’t call this one as it could go either way, I’m there with my grandson so no trouble chaps just banter.

My household is funny because I’m a blade and my dad is a Wednesday fan 😂
Seems like a nice feller. Pity he's a blunt! Good pod, well balanced views. Uto.
Thing about the Sheffield Derby it doesn't matter at what level it is or if it's a cup game across levels it is still the same level of rivalry.
Really enjoyed this boys thanks nick but don’t you think nick got a look of Marv Johnson 😂wawaw

I think Danny Rohl would do reasonably well with Wednesday in the Premier league, maybe Everton standard at first!
