Manual always recommend replace 60-70k mileage. Always inspect for premature wear. Chevy does code 52 every 100k milieage to remind for timing belt replacement
Crankshaft timing gear, timing belt, timing cover, timing cover lower. I'm also replacing the timing belt tensioner and the water pump when I do mine and I recommend the same for you.
