Just cut your own holes to get at the starter mounting bolts and patch the holes over.. It's only a shroud.
I shoulda waited to make the vid. The way the bolts go in you pretty much have to remove the shroud and flywheel. An access hole wouldnt have helped at all. I hate the onan design. It punishes the mechanic and just didnt need to be this way.
