@@mothmanneko I think the problem is that there’s nothing unique about it I personally think it looks clean but take mirages and ramparts heirlooms. Yeah they might not be the best but theyre unique and has personality in their heirlooms. Ash and horizon doesn’t have anything special in their heirlooms but that’s my take.

Why do people say this heirloom is the worst? Bloodhound has only one inspect animation.
Bloodhound's heirloom is an old one as well as Lifeline's, Octane's and Pathfinder's and they're most probably gonna get the animations as a part of recolor each. Tho an axe looks cool ngl so it's far not the worst
Gonna take forever til I get my first shards but at least now it's out so I'll know what I'll get once I do get them. As someone who basically only plays Horizon if not doing a challenge it really is a no-brainer. Also stabbing with a pen? That's tough
Theres a secret animation where she does a spin, if she does a super glide, in third person
time waits for no one and it's been over a month now, i start to theorize that the lack of animations are based on how the team can't handle the bug caused by it, i spammed the melee and Q posture and it still may crash (seldom, but still a crash)

maybe not karambit, other knives can also fit her well.
Bangalore already has a knife and I think they won't add the similar heirlooms. Karambit is seen in main menu and may be on some banners so nah

There's no fucking way they took Rampart's heirloom spam inspect, and Bangalore's heirloom stance, while sliding, and reused those for Horizon's heirloom

Rest is literal shit for a modern heirloom the animations are quite poor
Respawn really knows how to disappoint their fanbase. It's not horrible by any means but it is a bit underwhelming compared to the effort they put into other recent heirlooms. The fact that this was the most anticipated heirloom drop out of any other legend too makes it that much more disappointing.

I feel like its very bland, and the inspect animations arent all that. I wish they could have at least one where she throws it around, kinda like how all the other weapon heirlooms have them showing there skillfulness with their choicen weapon. Instead she just kinda looks at it. With seer, they showed off his little tricks with it, with ashe they showed her actually using the nunchucks, with octane he does a few balisong flips. Like its really sad to see how she made the weapon herself but cant even show off her skills.
The most anticipated ones are always disappointing

worst heirloom hype-wise. people love/loved Horizon and had been waiting for YEARS to get an heirloom
there's no NEWTY inspect, no Grav Lift inspect, no Pen inspect despite those 3 items being iconic to her
the actual Inspects are super underwhelming since she just moves the thing, like, 5 inches
like, many heirlooms flip around during spam or just running and sliding, hers does NOTHING. Rampart's heirloom spins horizontally as well, but the head of the wrench is big and makes a big noise... Horizon's is not much in comparison
which sucks cause a mace and a wrench are essentially the same thing. they did so much better with Rampart's

nah bro the heirloom is just so lazy. it barely has any animation or lore elements unlike all the rest. you cant really compare it to the old heirlooms cuz they're the beginning of it all so ofc they're more simple. they did a great job with seer, loba, wattson and even crypto heirloom. Horizon's heirloom is absolutely underwhelming in comparison to other as well new heirlooms. Money has nothing to do with it although I believe people who bought Horizon heirloom didnt buy it cuz they liked it but rather they were so desperate for her finally getting one that they bought it regardless of how shit it is.
If you genuinely think that's worth the price tag then please give me money since you like throwing it away so bad
