Angad spills the beans on what it was like growing up with his dad, cricketing legend Bishan Singh Bedi, and how he found his early path in the cricket world. From playing Under 16 and Under 19 to sharing the field with none other than M.S. Dhoni during State Level Cricket. We dive into how Angad made the big leap from cricket to acting. I Remember Angad from our Gyan Bharti school days. He was our senior. Haha still remember how he was always getting in trouble with Gurucharan sir for the irresponsible shots he used to play in interschool matches 😂. Jokes aside, he was a great cricketer back then. Good to see him doing well 🙂
That Delhi Cricket Board guy who was evil against Angad just because he had a bone to pick against Sr. Bedi was Arun Jaitley. He has spoiled a lot of cricket careers

The test that they are talking about was in Chennai in 1998. Sachin was caught in the slips in the first innings off Warne. He came back with a vengeance and hit 155 in the second innings. Then a 207 for Mumbai against Australia, another 100 in the Pepsi Triangular (along with a 5 for in Kochi), then Desert Storm and finally got a 141 in Dhaka in the Champions Trophy. Overall he hit Australia for 2000 runs in 1998 across formats.
First came across Angad when he used to show a cooking show on Star One. Bishen sir was a guest on one episode, that’s when i realised they are related. All the conversations Cyrus has had recently about Bishen and Angad have been really good to hear to

Angad Bedi comes across a very nice guy. Not naughty enough of Cyrus's level but talented enough to be heard by anyone in a room. The first half hour where they just talk cricket was just two fans talking about the sport they love.
Should be a biopic on Mr Bedi
He forgot to mention his dad use to do one on one training to Maninder Sigh at National Stadium. And make Maninder field so hard. That's why Maninder Singh was such a good fielder as well
Diana Eduljee had mentioned earlier on this podcast as to how much she duly credits Late B.S Bediji for her career. Also Anil Kumble still mentions about “the most inspiring” phone call he got first during “Monkeygate” scandal was from Late B.S.Bediji himself.
