You guys talking about how the Cavs play against bad teams, but the bottom line is they beat them all. Boston lost to Toronto, Indiana, and Atlanta, what's that say about them?

All these players are getting paid too and are some of the most elite players in the world. Critics/pundits get caught up in there job and lose sight of the big picture. Stat analysis is what they do.

Well, I appreciate some of your comments. But does anyone remember that CP was playing last year when Darius received his fractured jaw? He ran into CP. I don't understand why there is so much conversation with about the Cavs playing the CP less Celtics or the Celtics with CP. As for the Hornets, did you see some of those rebounds they were really long. Yes they have things to clean up. They haven't had opportunity to practice.

The hornets scored 114 points on 103 shot attempts. Their offense was horrible. Cavs defense was very good aside from the defensive boards. They stayed alive in that game strictly due to rebounding, turnover differential, and a 6 minute hot shooting stretch in the 3rd quarter.

The Cavs failed to get a lot rebounds off of the Hornets misses, and thankfully, the Hornets started missing shots down the stretch.

Small critique.... 6:30 - 9:00 Ethan, you went non-stop... Gotta be the point guard and get the guys involved in between your takes. Especially with 2 guests. Good pod, though

Why not start tyson? Throw Boston off, keep relative size, while keeping caris comfortable in his role. Tyson rebounds well and seems willing to play d.

Sorry kind of long winded, because it is hard for people to admit there needs to be improvement when the record is unbleamished.
We need to be honest: while a victory and a record of 15-0 is impressive, the ultimate goal for the Cavs is to win a championship. To achieve that, they must focus on developing winning actions and habits.
Coach Atkinson seemed to panic tonight, especially with Spida out. This is understandable since he is a first-year coach, and Spida is an exceptional talent.
The Charlotte team they faced was not strong; they were coming off a back-to-back game. The Cavs had three young players on their bench: Tavres, Thor, and the Rook. They should have started the Rook to maintain the integrity of the second unit, and they should have played at least 10 to 11 players for a minimum of 10 minutes each.
With Struss returning soon, the Cavs are currently operating with a 10-man rotation. When Struss, a starter, comes back, who do you think the Cavs should bench? Who should they remove from the rotation?
The answer should be "no one" because the strength of this team lies in its depth. This depth allows players like DG, Evan, and Spida to remain fresh at the end of games, giving the team a significant advantage. The chemistry on this team is exceptional. What impact does it have when a player who performed well gets sidelined due to someone returning from injury?
Games like these are opportunities for the Cavaliers to experiment with 11-man rotations, helping them gauge what their lineup will look like when Struss returns.
Furthermore, there should be no trades-absolutely none. You can't have young players buy into a developmental process and then fail to see that process come to fruition.
The replacement players for those leaving next year are already on the team, aside from next year's draft picks. With no control over their own first-round picks until 2029, they'll need to develop their existing talent into players comparable to first-round talent to support Evan when he's ready to reach his full potential.
While a 15-0 record is an exciting story, the greater narrative is yet to unfold. To achieve the best conclusion possible, it's essential to solidify all aspects of the story-plot, character development, soundtrack, etc.
The Cavaliers are not aiming to luck into a single Championship, as they did with LeBron. Instead, they are building a system designed to compete for multiple Championships. Since they do not attract high-profile free agents or land high draft picks, they must follow a different path-trust the process and believe in it.
