    The best tip I’ve heard for exercising again after a long break, or for the first time, is to do whatever sounds fun. Even if that’s erratic, random - just moving your body is so good for you! I think you’re on the right path to feel better in your mind and body by just going after that exercise.
    I also have two kids, youngest not yet one - it’s so hard. I always feel more like myself after some good exercise. I love to run, walk, or do yoga. Cosmic Kids Yoga is something you can do with your littles around and have fun together!
    But sometimes, for more fun, I’ll do a video by Grow With Jo, or Tiffany Rothe, or just google dance workout or pretend I could maybe learn how to shuffle by watching a random tutorial, or even just follow some guided stretching because it gives a similar sense of satisfaction.
    What you’re feeling is normal when life is as hard as it is. The suggestions of devil spirits is disturbing. You’ll be fine, this time in life will not last forever ❤️ maybe chat with a friend or two, also ☺️

    I workout before my shower! Before bed or before morning. Nothing crazy and in the bathroom!

    What your feeling is an evil spirit thats making you feel the way your describing. There is a remedy
    As far as the working out you dont need to do much but what you do need to do will be hard IF you have what they call a stronghold with food and drinks. What does this mean?
    There are things that we put into our bodies that should not go into our bodies. Regular sugar intake from refined sugar ( diet will be pretty much the same despite what they say) will create a stronghold in your life. This stronghold will tell you or make you feel like you must have this sugary drink or you will not feel good or that you must have it or even worse that you will be sick without it. Its basically dependecy on sugar but this can happen with many different types of highly processed foods as well.
    What you need is simple. Completely cut those drinks and foods out of your diet. Walk, jog or run 2 miles a day except on weekends or say Friday Saturday Sunday and within a month your body will look entirely different and you wont feel the way you do. Its not easy but as God for the strength and to deliver you from that stronghold and He will :) God bless you

    Girl, you need GOD. In God you will find a peace in your life no matter what is going on!!! You can try to fill the void elsewhere with workouts and yes the Bible even promotes physical strength but there's no substitution from the peace you get being in relationship and in the word of God.
