Babe the twitching from acupuncture is myofascial release. It happens when a physio also does dry needling. I love acupuncture though. My Chinese doctor could feel a cold area in my body- like reiki kind of and I ended up having further investigations ( mind you I didn’t tell the Chinese doctor any symptoms etc) He could feel the exact location where I needed urgent care. A-mazing!!!

Acupuncture works as well as Sujok. But what is even more important is stop medicating ourselves and let the energies come freely through our bodies. It's possible when there are no chemicals or pills in our bodies. When we are sick or having panic attacks or in your case tention in the shoulders - it's our hidden emotions. If you get enough rest, sleep, have calm hobbies like sewing, cooking etc negative emotions or memories will step by step free you mind. And physical pains diminish and than vanish. No need will be in Acupuncture. Have enough rest, darling.
