Teaching Phonics With Rod And Staff | 1st Grade Units 1-3 | Overview

I realize this is a poor quality video and I made a few gaffes, but due to the fact there are so few videos covering Rod and Staff curriculum, I think some people out there will find my video to be helpful. I hope this overview can inform you on what to expect from Rod and Staff phonics curriculum.

Thank you so much for sharing! Im about to start R&S with my 5.5 year old and was curious if the workload might be too much. It definitely seems rigorous, yet still manageable!

Do you also use the reading curriculum? What level books are they able to read at the end of first grade? I have used CLE learning to read but I’m thinking of switching to this for my daughter.
