He doesn't have max handicap on that's why. If he did the Akuma would just immediately do the same two moves into DR until your dead,a true TOD

You had to play the Giant Attack SiRN Akuma event when he released. The community had to beat the Giant Akuma a certain amount of times if i'm not mistaken
