Gohma has the most appearances of any boss in Zelda other than Ganon going all the way back to the original on the NES but youd remember her from Ocarina of Time as the first boss in the Deku Tree
I've just beaten all the shrines yesterday, so let me tell you, I can't wait to see his reaction to the reward where the spirit of sonia and rauru come out of their statues and give you a hug, a pat on the back, and a handful of grass (its rauru's favourite treat)
Quin is the only one of the people I watch TotK from that doesn't bully Yunobo and I honestly love him for it. Yunobo is a good boy and I will not be hearing otherwise.
i was in this dungeon for literally seven hours mainly because yunobo kept trying to body-slam me into the lava. like damn goro if you wanna be the hero of hyrule so bad you could've just asked.
I think Quin is the first person that I've encountered who actually enjoys trying to chase down the sages in combat 🤣. It seems that everybody (including myself) is really annoyed at having to do that.
Having to track them down is just a minor annoyance for me. What I wish is that you would need to be holding down ZL to activate their ability. The amount of times I've triggered it on accident and screwed myself in some way is more irritating than an extra button hold.
@jhonnrhodes9870 yeah, me too. I just spam Tulin when I'm gliding, but I don't really use any of the other ones. The only other sage that I occasionally use is Yunobo to break rocks in caves, but now that I've been to every cave I don't use him either
It's incredible to me that after Quin lost the first bridge, he desperately tried to figure it out any other way when he originally had the right solution
"The more I record these videos, the more I feel bad for the people who don't want to hear me speak... Cuz I just be goin'" is such a funny line to me, especially because we're all here because we love hearing you speak
so it took me a few tries before i realized that you can actually recall the rocks he throws at you to get them out of your way really fast without using yunobo. They wont hit him and do damage, but it is does get them out of your way immediatly, making that phase of the phase super easy
Quin building a bridge, failing, trying a million other strategies, and then coming back to the bridge after forgetting he made one originally has made my day actually
Okay, so I almost 100%ed the whole game (I literally got and did everything except upgrading my armor) and I have to say that this game gave me the best video gaming experience I've ever had and I can't wait to see Quin discover every single detail there is
In this house we love and appreciate Yunobo!! Seriously his character development from the first game to this one, having him start off as terrified of everything to having him take on monster bosses and fight alongside you as a sage, is one of my favorites arcs love to see it
Quin: I'm pretty sure this is how my grandpa walked to school everyday Also quin: walking on a minecart rail above lava, 700 feet below ground in a volcano
I took one look at the fire temple and my first thought was, “Oh, man, Quin is going to love this.” In fact, one of the best parts of playing TOTK is discovering things and being doubly excited because eventually Quin will see it too. It’s like having a friend playing along with me and it is so wholesome and I love it.

*In today’s episode of Tears of the Kingdom…* QuinBoBin has made the decision to cut the Fire Temple in half. Shorter videos make for shorter summaries, but there really isn’t much to comment on in the first place. Thrilling encounters with minecart-rail-tightrope-walking aside, the rate at which the Fire Temple’s puzzles are solved is what some of y’all kids may call “breakneck.” Dizzying is another word that comes to mind, but it’s insensitive to Yunobo’s condition with how many times he’s been launched into walls. “Zelda” leads the pair of knuckleheads directly into death’s maw, the Marbled Gohma, which can only lead to more migraines for Yunobo in the future. Luckily, Offrak, the five-year-old child, can do more than his share of the thinking, speaking straight facts that enlighten the ignorant and break the plot wide open. *Thus concludes our (mis)adventures for today!*

quin refusing to just build another bridge to destroy the boulder after the first one fell into the lava took years off my life ngl great video as always
I was stuck on the same part Quin was, but not for the same reason… I blew apart the rock obstacle but somehow couldn’t see that it dropped alllll the way down, and with the gate blocking it from the first floor, I assumed you had to build slab bridges from lava (using the hydrant) and so I went UNDERNEATH the entire building, one floating slab at a time until I could use ascend to enter through the floor. Then when I was inside I noticed the hole in the ceiling that you were supposed to use. Yeah, wasted so much time, but also kinda pleased my backwards approach still worked.
I’m so excited for Quin to get all however many shrines there are just so we can all keep pleading with him to use the blessings for extra heart/stamina containers. Also, Quin, we love the sound of your voice. Don’t worry about talking too much!!
They actually have different dialogue based on the order you do them in, so Yunobo wouldn’t have spoiled the mystery around Zelda if you did the fire temple earlier
totk theory: the zelda that you see walking around when doing main quest stuff is somehow past zelda going to the sages so she can tell them of the future and link. may or may not be true.
Running theory with TOTK "Zelda" is that draconification left Zelda's body without her "soul," and now the hylian "Zelda" is running on some kind of divine autopilot, maybe visiting Temples hoping to find a Sage? (It's either that or her empty vessel is being puppeted, but if that's the case then her being allegedly attacked by monsters during the Rito quest is odd. Not to mention that she keeps disappearing in flashes of _light,_ not malice/miasma.) I like the theory of a soulless Zelda because it gives me hope that in the end we'll be able to put her soul _back_ into her body. Otherwise I'm not sure how we could get the Light Dragon to become a person again...
The other day, I was talking to my nephew about classic composers like Beethoven. And he said, " Who's Beethoven? I only know Quinbobin." I'm a proud auntie. 🤣

The reason Yunobo was talking about Zelda being an imposter is due to you completing the memories. If you don't complete the memories they all give you the same dialogue like Riju and Tulin did, saying they aren't sure what was going on with Zelda. A cool little detail!
Quin! Since your next video is gonna be you exploring, I suggest going to lurelin village. It's a great side quest and really fun area just in general. I'm sure you'll really enjoy it
I saw your fight with Moragia (best mini boss ever) this morning and was expecting you to not post till saturday. I have been blessed :) This was my first dungeon and I am happy you love it just as much as I do! The music is the best part in my opinion
I think they actually have it so each temple they realize more and more that something fishy is going on, because I remember doing Goron's second Yunobo just being confused on if the Princess was in trouble or in the past or what. Or maybe it's actually tied to how many memories you've seen? I don't know, but they definitely did some stuff with it to keep it interesting
Man you are very good at balancing, it must be very hard to do so. You don’t even have to balance, you can just shield surf but you chose the hard option!

I got different dialogue at the end of the Goron quest. They were a bit more unsure of Zelda and hadn't come to the solid conclusion that she was an imposter yet. I had only gotten like 1 or 2 of the memories then, so maybe it tracks with how much of the past you know in the game so far.
I love how almost every single idea you had almost worked and you literally just had to do it with better timing. Also the bridge could have been reborn longer and stronger. But I would always choose more content anyway
