I bought some arch supports at Academy sports…I no longer have heel pain. I bought several pairs and put them in all of my shoes! Total LIFE CHANGER. Do it.

I love Temu too !! I have returned a dress and I have been credited a dress . Most of what I have bought was great. I love my folding strainers neon green and gray) silicone great for veggies. I have bought sandals and a lot of kitchen/bathroom items. Oh and slippers for my husband and finally had to stop because I was going over board LOL . Thank you again for sharing your video's 💞

Love your Harley shes precious shes was such a good girl putting on her new outfit, I have a male Harley he’s 11 and looks like benji love him soooo much he’s not a fan of clothes I try to put outfits on him when our Indiana winters get bad and he cracks me up he acts like he can’t walk in them no matter what size I get him especially the booties lol. We love our furbabies, they’re one of the family 💕 Harley used to wear clothes all the time and she was fine then I stopped and I’m gradually trying to get her used to it again. Sometimes she looks at me like what did I do to deserve this? Then other times she pretty chill about it. I tried the booty boots one time and she stood there like her feet were in concrete! She wouldn’t move a muscle 🤣 so I’ve not tried that one agan. I’m not a doctor but suffered from it for years while working on my feet. Most vital thing is good arch supports. Get very good work shoes if you work on your feet. You can do exercises like running the arch of your foot over a can of soup or a golf ball. Something to massage the tissue and stretch it from you toes to your heel. You can see a pediatrist and get cortisone type shots in your feet if it gets too unbearable. I’m sure you can do research and find what might work for you. I had shots and stopped working on my feet and very little pain now. Good luck! Hope it helps! 💕

Check to see if you have Plantars Fasciitis. That’s how mine started and it spread to the rest of my feet until I couldn’t walk without extreme pain. I had to use special inserts in my shoes for a couple of years and I could eventually walk without pain and didn’t have to wear the inserts any more. I was around your age when it started and I am going to be 72 in about 3 weeks and I have been pain free and can wear any type of shoes that I want.
My parents met while my Mom worked the lunch counter at Woolworth's so it holds a special place of honor for me. First time seeing your video and now a subscriber. Good pace and you know how to add a personnel touch without completely stopping. Comes from working in a school. I'm retired from our school district as was my Mother and grandmother.

Hello just wanted to chime in about your heel. To me it sounds like planters fasciitis. I had it and it hurt real bad especially after sitting down for a while then getting back up. I love your videos
Good to see all is well and you and hubby abd you are just off having fun camping. I have been pleased with most of the things I bought on temu. The few I was disappointed in were so inexpensive I did not bother to try for a refund. The one thing that drives me nuts with TEMU is the emails. Too dang many of them. Reminding me I have a credit or order now or clearance. Trying to show me how to use the credit. Hahaha I think in my 74 years I have learned how to use credit. I did get my chi a sweater for winter. It is a little tight in the arm holes. I think I can open the seams up for her. Otherwise it fits great and she seemed to like it even though it was 105 degrees the day I tried it on her. I did not leave it on for long. And she did not fuss with my putting it on. In your video you showed the undergarments. How does the size run? Right now I need to get out and get my lawns mowed. After that I am going to hunt the undergarments down to give them a try. I have shingles. Not active right now but the scars from repeated outbreaks on my hip gets irritated by the seem in my panties. And folks Yes I know all about the vaccines for them but my outbreaks come more often than every 6 months which means I can not get the shots.
Sorry you’re having a time with shingles 😢My ex husband got them all over his back one time. He said they were painful. He went to the Sr but I can’t remember what they did for him. It was years ago. I hope and pray you feel better soon!❤️🩹 I didn’t like the 2 sport bras I got from Temu. Not that they were of bad quality but I’m a bit busty and they gave no support. I had the same thing with my heel. I put frozen peas on my heel. I would put them in a large sock to keep them in place and put it one for about 15 minutes 3 times a day. just keep refreesing the bag of peas. LOL. just don't pull them out of the freezer and cook them. smile. What I had was foot its called plantar fasciitis. I limped as soon as i would get up after sitting and it hurt so bad, but after walking a bit it didn't hurt to bad. My foot doctor did give me a boot to wear on my foot to help with the pain and it did go away, but i'm not sure how long it took I was on my feet all day with my job. Just saying what helped me. look it up, it does tell you somethings to help it get better. The doctor did give me a shot of cordisone in my heal but it didn't help me. missed you temu hauls. glad your back. smile. 🙂

I buy all of my watch accessories from Temu or Shein! (Both have a lot of the same ones, sometimes one is cheaper than another) they also sell zip up cases to keep them in, life saver!
I know what you mean about "sore heels." I'm short, too, 4'10" Used to be 4'11 but guess with aging, we shrink. Lol I used to get what the doctor calls Heel spurs. Not sure if because I have to stand on toes to reach things too. By the way, I saw holders to hang the slides like the ones for your hats.

Good to see all is well and you and hubby abd you are just off having fun camping. I have been pleased with most of the things I bought on temu. The few I was disappointed in were so inexpensive I did not bother to try for a refund. The one thing that drives me nuts with TEMU is the emails. Too dang many of them. Reminding me I have a credit or order now or clearance. Trying to show me how to use the credit. Hahaha I think in my 74 years I have learned how to use credit. I did get my chi a sweater for winter. It is a little tight in the arm holes. I think I can open the seams up for her. Otherwise it fits great and she seemed to like it even though it was 105 degrees the day I tried it on her. I did not leave it on for long. And she did not fuss with my putting it on.
In your video you showed the undergarments. How does the size run? Right now I need to get out and get my lawns mowed. After that I am going to hunt the undergarments down to give them a try. I have shingles. Not active right now but the scars from repeated outbreaks on my hip gets irritated by the seem in my panties. And folks Yes I know all about the vaccines for them but my outbreaks come more often than every 6 months which means I can not get the shots.

I hope and pray you feel better soon!❤️🩹 I didn’t like the 2 sport bras I got from Temu. Not that they were of bad quality but I’m a bit busty and they gave no support. I had the same thing with my heel. I put frozen peas on my heel. I would put them in a large sock to keep them in place and put it one for about 15 minutes 3 times a day. just keep refreesing the bag of peas. LOL. just don't pull them out of the freezer and cook them. smile. What I had was foot its called plantar fasciitis. I limped as soon as i would get up after sitting and it hurt so bad, but after walking a bit it didn't hurt to bad. My foot doctor did give me a boot to wear on my foot to help with the pain and it did go away, but i'm not sure how long it took I was on my feet all day with my job. Just saying what helped me. look it up, it does tell you somethings to help it get better. The doctor did give me a shot of cordisone in my heal but it didn't help me. missed you temu hauls. glad your back. smile. 🙂

I buy all of my watch accessories from Temu or Shein! (Both have a lot of the same ones, sometimes one is cheaper than another) they also sell zip up cases to keep them in, life saver!
