BTW you can used any element arrow same as any archer tree class, that more cheaper and flexible than used element conveter.

Im not ms maven but if ur talking about the ensemble skills then those skills require a bard partner in order to perform it thus preventing you to use it in solo

Better you convert 10 flame hearts to NPC in payon. He'll give you 10.000 fire arrows (it works for other elements : great nature, rough wind etc)
