The Bureau, Glossop's Community wellbeing charity, seeks volunteer drivers and befrienders

The Bureau, on Henry Street in Glossop, works with the belief that all members of the community will have both support needs of their own and the capacity to support others at various times in their lives - in some cases simultaneously. They identify and link together community needs and solutions to enable people to live independently and improve the quality of life for local communities.
High Peak TV popped to Tesco to speak to Lucy Mallott, volunteer coordinator at The Bureau, who was there with a small team of volunteers, to promote their need for volunteer drivers and befrienders in the local area.
Lucy told us The Bureau doesn't just offer volunteering services, they also offer support to anyone who needs a helping hand.
