Great finds BB. Who needs a detector? Lots of great surface finds. 👍 I’ve always wanted to find one of those pop outs. Those are so neat. I love that clear glass button too. That for another great vid.

Those clear glass buttons with a shank attached are scarce. I only have one other with the shank. Yeah the star find for me was the Popout!

What were prosser buttons used on? You find a crazy amount!

What weren’t they used on? Undergarments and work clothing for nearly 100 years, trousers at the fly as well as for suspenders, doll clothing, lots of stuff

It will tarnish though-especially 10k. And in trash pits when it’s up against an encrusted object it can become encrusted too
