The skins I understand but a friend said they collected the bag box multiple times but only got the bag once, always 5K coins after that when opening again.

No worries! They’re all one time rewards yeah - repeating gives 5k!
Wow ! Two crates but I can put only one in safebox. It must be the backpack to use later.
You don’t need your put it in the safe box just get them out however!
