I feel like kaiju paradise is collapsing. People have gotten too attached to the gootraxians and bad update after bad update, removal after removal, replacement after replacement, there will be no goo players. Why should they play as something they don’t like.

a lot of stuff was removed for good reasons especially the goos. the one who made two of the original three (panther, carneline) & slimes left the community and didn't want to be associated anymore. the community can get really toxic so it's understandable

Community gootrax aren't made by the devs, so their original creators have full rights to leave the community and remove their created gootrax. So goes to carneline, panther, plantix, and lantern shork.

I still miss Slimepup, Hound and Abble tho but its ok, it will still remembered. Probably wondering what would Shamrock and Snaptrap's animation would look like. Maybe I'll/We'll know when the update came out.

The slimes were removed because the creator of them left and had their creations pulled from the game. Bandit was made the new shopkeeper because he is most likely able to be open during blackout unlike if they were to make a Shamrock shopkeeper because hebi would most likely prey on the shamrocks according to the lore. I'm not too sure if he will be the shopkeeper from now on and if he will actually be open during blackouts but from what I'm guessing he will due to the fact that he's the size of a regular gootraxian so he won't have to worry about being preyed on by other goos, but who knows, I could be entirely wrong about his mechanics. God knows what they would do. They could just make a gootraxian that will prey on him or make an existing one-like kaiju-bigger and then make it prey on him if they end up adding a racoon goo similar to Bandit (because it'd be a bit odd for a goo to prey on just bandit and not something like hebi preying on slimepups which made abble unable to open.) They also removed the transfur concept because they got sick of people saying it was another furry infection fetish roblox changed copy. They're sticking to something similar but also not at the same time. Basically it replaces your dna slowly and the process is pretty long in the lore, but for in game purposes it will take only like two mins. They're still trying to figure out how they will animate it and how it will work. Basically the game's not even close to creatures of sonaria, and honestly I don't understand why people are mad over a character even though there were many more removed in the past like charem, feziao, fashui, lang, conekat, tigershork, panther, carneline, lanternshork, kawaiishork, plantix (kinda), Mochi (kinda), Trystan, and probably much more. Like i get it, it's been there for a long time, but why would people send the devs death threats over it? It's not even their fault, the creator of them wanted to leave with their characters that they made and that's their choice.

According to Yuka the reason why slimepups were removed is because they reminded her of her dog in the past and she even said that people wanted their dog dead due to all of the murdering of slimepups

Quick spoiler, diamond crates are coming back (already came back actually.), its just that the way to get em is different!! 69 Infects - gives you a diamond crate. 35 kills - gives you a golden weapon.
"Cute"... those things looked like little mole rats that tried to look like dogs made of slime. Not to mention the redesign just made it look worse. Abble looked nothing like the other slimepups, having just the slightest different shade of pink from the spiked po variant of slimepups and the green spots+the leaf on her head that again, none of them have. The only possible way to be abble and run around as her in your private server was to become a spike pup and get the shirt and pants id for her spots and the accessory id for her leaf. I doubt it'd even look like her because of the spikes. They did good getting rid of the ugly little brats because those things were annoying anyways, playerbase and lore wise. I mean, imagine you're just walking around and a slimepup walks up to you begging for food or just snatches your weapon and its Slimehound starts attacking you and you can't defend yourself because your only weapon was stolen.

Their creator, Yuka, was in a lot of drama in and out of the community (pretty sure she was exposed for gr00ming) anyways she either she or the devs decided it was best if she wasn’t associated with the game anymore, and probably for the best. This is a raccoon shopkeeper, I feel familiar with my memory of my favorite game Kaiju Paradise when I played back in 2022. Because he is just Raccoon Gootraxian and that makes him look like a human being (sorry for poor/bad English, English is not my national language)
The shopkeeper use to be a goofy apple slime pups really enjoy the dialogue but the knew shopkeeper looks like a punk that have a criminal record tied to it's name
so alot of people are in the same situation as me, they left for a long time and when they came back there was alot of new things (which is of course normal, but they completely changed things that were perfectly fine like slimepups, they couldve just removed the steal feature but nope they completely removed them) i came back after a year and was super disappointed with how the current state is, i didnt expect so much change especially them ruining my favorite parts of the game

Shamrocks won't be that similar, they're plantlike sheep. From what I've seen, they were probably based off Plantix (replaced be Azarue btw), which the flower (it looked like the one you used to become it) on it's forehead is keeping it alive. I'm guessing that the clover on a Shamrock's head will be its life source, dying when it is killed. The way to become it will most likely be similar to Azarue-pick up a small clover and it'll melt in your hand and begin to turn you slowly-and the Slimehound replacement will have giant clovers that damage you when you touch it until it eventually turns you into Snaptrap. I'm not sure though, as this is a complete guess based of Snaptrap and Shamrock's plant-like designs.
Kp is slowly going to its inevitable fate. They keep removing/replacing what the community loves and the devs arent as good as they were. I know blaxor(the creator of kp) is retired but i just wish he could come back, as i have a strong feeling he could save the game before it reaches its death. I've tried requesting a solution that would work and respect yukas opinion still(about wanting to be dissociated from the game) but they didn't listen to me. Unless they add them back, i think i quit.

Shamrock is the slimepup replacement. Snaptrap is the Slimehound replacement. They're both plant-like sheep. And honestly they def are going to be way better in design. Hopefully they won't have the same mechanics (steal, eat, etc) and behavior (lorewise with the begging for food, absolutely annoying stuff slimepup had.)

I'm guessing that the clover on a Shamrock's head will be its life source, dying when it is killed. The way to become it will most likely be similar to Azarue-pick up a small clover and it'll melt in your hand and begin to turn you slowly-and the Slimehound replacement will have giant clovers that damage you when you touch it until it eventually turns you into Snaptrap. I'm not sure though, as this is a complete guess based of Snaptrap and Shamrock's plant-like designs.

Kp is slowly going to its inevitable fate. They keep removing/replacing what the community loves and the devs arent as good as they were. I know blaxor(the creator of kp) is retired but i just wish he could come back, as i have a strong feeling he could save the game before it reaches its death.
I've tried requesting a solution that would work and respect yukas opinion still(about wanting to be dissociated from the game) but they didn't listen to me. Unless they add them back, i think i quit.

despite playing kaiju paradise since 2021, I feel like I’m the only one whos okay with changes in the entire kp fandom..
i feel different oiver this update it just makes me feel different over the update its like im confused mad sad and nothing at the same time i just wanted it to be like from 2022 where everything is so fun and im not happy about this update..

Shamrock is the slimepup replacement. Snaptrap is the Slimehound replacement. They're both plant-like sheep. And honestly they def are going to be way better in design. Hopefully they won't have the same mechanics (steal, eat, etc) and behavior (lorewise with the begging for food, absolutely annoying stuff slimepup had.)

The creator of the pups sended r34 to minors now she’s getting therapy there’s already replacements I mean I got SOME ideas how we could add them with the replacements…since the Slime Pups are *probably* gone for a year or FOREVER (I don’t know)the puddles could be in harder places to get like the secret room and the replacement would be weaker than slime pups cuz more common = weaker and the replacement can have the special ability to make pups turn into Hounds I don’t know it sound alr….

Them removing Abble and other main pillars of the game is one of the main reasons I quit KP, I’m not gonna keep playing the game if they keep removing things me and the KP community enjoy, Slime pups were one of the (I believe) pillars of the game, yeah they were annoying sometimes but they were around for so long, KP is just falling off
