Notice Marlow says “your race”. This means he either planned this to happen after either the marlow episode, so they believe he is a vampire, or after some other event, which might mean they know he is a human, not teoran
Its clear he had the first 3-4 episodes planed out, plus the comedy part of the show defenetly means they believe hes a vampire
I believe later in the series maybe episode 9 they might know the truth about geo’s race

jeez i wish agni and deva had this amount of prominence in the newer episodes, they felt way more included in the pilot than most the other episodes so far. hopefully 009 makes up for that

i can also see the clock tower which you run down from during MGR fight
The whole "superhuman" thing and his faceplate sell the MGR inspiration for me.
