Hi Rayyane, people are not bursting pattas because of the awareness and their love towards animals. Especially stray dogs and cats. Deewali may be a celebration for us but it is a bad day for most of the animals. They fear tge sound of pattas. We can still do our celebrations without harming them. They are part of this nature too. So let's continue this pattern. Celebrations without pattas and the things which harms our environment including animals. Change is within us. 😊😊
