I found that using the Multiplaz to weld aluminium you have to be quick on the seam or you will burn a hole through as the heat soaks up in one spot and spreads outward quick. I also use powdered flux to dip the rod in.
@@jeanmeslier9491 Yes, ally welding is a tricky job even with Tig and argon if you haven't done much of it......ally welding with the Multiplaz is similar to using Oxy Acc where you need to use a flux coated rod for the filler.
Multiplaz are made in RUSSIA, they use a water/alcohol water injection, which I think will add hydrogen embrittlement into welds. After all, why hasn't Lincoln, Hobart, Miller etc started selling this technology ?
Wow. That is amazing, it's amazingly awful. This platform may get you by in a pinch but not something any halfway decent shop or welder would reach for first. Cut that open to show the penetration on the inside.
More like the cat's meow of death as they are getting ran over by a truck then dragged for miles meowing in agony and despair to die already only to suffer longer and longer more and more meoowwww.!
That weld look horrible .Either the tool is worthless ,or the welder technician .I would get fire if i did something like that.I seems that the heat is all over the place .
Its not a weld its a fluxed ally brazing rod, which obviously hasn't wetted into the joint because its not hot enough, what he's done is a mess and would be condemned by any inspection, you can ally braze with a propane torch so this machine is junk, probably a con.
The machine works fine I tested it the problem is the people that are reviewing that multiplies I'm not real welders that just beginners and they know nothing about welding
looks like a BS flux core weld ~ 4;20 its a flux core rod ...... No Fucking Wonder . IT IS SHIT. Cool that it does Al but if the finished product looked like that My Customers wouldnt Pay
Do your best and grind the rest!
How does it work we can make one
Sounds weirdly similar to agentjz
i will stick with the tig machine

This is what the South African demo did, the video showed the can of flux but didn't mention ii.

Very crisp and shiny....Beyond aerospace quality...(paid sales person by multimaz) haha
How hot in Fahrenheit does the flame burn .
14,000 degrees
I couldent imagine handing that over and being like pay me now.
Id be ashamed to have welded such a horrendous looking weld.
You would get run off the site anywhere i have worked....
