I have to figure this machine out. Thank you for all the input. Having trouble with product line and order to kick out 30 plus rims a shift. Im at 12 only. How can i do 40 rims a day... any tips or tricks?
Titan Polisher For that kind of money I would expect a decent purge system for excessive airborne particulates. Respirator or not that's just a total lack of concern for the operator.
Really? No worries. order our debris ADD-ON for $935 w/a 2hp motor and 70gallon basket that pulls from our machine where 80% of the debris is blown. Or buy a Grizzly. Or call and I can tell you how to setup your own shop fan/corridor. (thanks Hurd/Becker)
Titan Polisher Kudos to Titan. I deploy neg-air chambers all day so I guess my comment was more for the purchasers of your system so if I came off wrong accept my apologies.. You know though, with your evac system being sub 1k Titan could build it into the final price so it's all one package. Food for thought..
