I believe that "Tathastu" is the most valuable piece of art/ comedy written by someone belonging to the 90's generation.

I was there in the Vancouver show, and now I know why that show was like an emotional journey of 3 hours. At one moment, I had a glance around and couldn't believe that hundreds of people were so silent listening to Zakir. It felt like He had taken all of us to a new world ,and the end of the show was like waking up from a dream. My perspective of stand-up comedy changed that day, and I can say that he is not just a comedian, but He's a storyteller.
Zakir is such a learned &. Humble person.. So much to learn & so much to appreciate and idk why but his replies were a melody ❤

Man now I have to watch all the specials again with this newfound information of how they were made! Loved the way how Zakir immediately realized that his comment might have hurt abish (the stage time i do in weeks, peers do in months), he went out of the way to compensate. Plain lie but commendable.

Yeah what zakir said about stage time I agree. I wanted to ask here that between the duration on stage and the frequency (number of times) of going on stage which one helps more as a “match-practice “
I remember those days when abish and Zakir used to hang out together there is a video I don't know which, in which Zakir says ki abish se jyada acha and bhola insaan jo aapke ache ke liye sochta hai vo nahi mil sakta and I think Zakir was a more cynical person back then being brought up in Delhi does that to you. To see them together again just makes me a little nostalgic. Sorry for the weird comment.
