I have a Dunhill ODA billiard that I treated myself to on the occasion of my wedding in '84. Still have the Dunhill, still have my bride. I also have a Dunhill group 6 Bruyere that was gifted to me by my best man in that same wedding. He, sadly, has gone on to his reward but the Bruyere always brings back great memories.
Love your videos and your restoration work. My only comment on this pipe is I think maybe you should have gone with the light dye because it already had a dark base and the medium dye you put on may have made the pipe a little darker than original and thus too dark to show all of the original grain. Or I could just be biased to slightly lighter colored pipes.
