Evil Neuro’s talking voice has more capabilities so when its converted into a singing voice it gains those abilities.
for example: Evil Neuro can yell and that allows her to have more power in her singing voice which is something Neuro lacks because her voice is just normal TTS

Her cover really matches the emotions of the message and being driven to your breaking point. plus, it’s just her singing style lol. The difference in Evil and Neuro singing is that Neuro has a softer voice, the rest is almost the same but if you think about it Evil is using v2 voice that it should've been the same as v1 voice but she can express emotions
