Took me 8 months to only now get the f16 mlu before the update without premium just don't get burnout and have fun take breaks and all that Players keep complaining like if its a 9-5 they working Most i would play roughly 3 hours and 3 days a week Cause not only you would have to grind the planes you also need the money to buy and slot them
The F16 is the better plane but the F15 leads to the F15C which is the best air RB plane in the game so its a better investment to just go the F15 route
How is it that he earns 10k towards vehicle research? I earn 10-15k but only get around 1k-1.5k towards vehicle research. I have a premium account as well as a medallion for my F-14

You are better than that aren't you? If you don't like the F16A MLU as a grinder, fine, simply go to the JH-7 and do your proper bomber thing, or just go to J-8F, in which it has PL12s at 13.0
