Right? I was SHOOK when I saw the Jackson Pollock "Portrait As A Young Artist." Such long, gorgeous hair. Like him, my own follicles betrayed me, so I feel some of his pain...though luckily don't suffer from his alcoholism.
It's always fun to watch your videos and try to guess the names of famous people before their names pop up. At 71 I love remembering the actors that my parents were so fond of as a kid. Thanks!!
Yay! I was hoping the delay could be fun for some. Honestly, there are so many of these that are new-to-me...or at least I think they are. Memories...all alone in the moonlight. lol
Hey Clint, Sartorial Elegance personified both formal and casual. Even a younger Ian Ogilvy 6:07 who with Roger Moore played the same character of Simon Templar in 'The Saint' on TV (I'm unsure if there were any films of The Saint) Cheers DougT 🇫🇴
@@CollidePress yuppers Clint, in the UK TV series Roger Moore was the original Saint, then Ian Ogilvy was next in return of the Saint. There have been other Saints actors too for the films. Cheers DougT 🇫🇴
No, that's Glenn. They do look alike but the tell tale are the ears. Tommy has less of a pronounced "bell fold" so his ears stuck out more, where Glen's were more flush with his head. The web has posters of both on the same page and you can then see the difference easily. They do look related though.

I love seeing these men of yesteryear. I am 77 years old, and remember how I wanted to be them. Then I was (I think) and missed it, and became old.
77...my favorite number times two! Glad you enjoyed the montage. Hopefully a fun trip down memory lane!
So many handsome men! These actors were special. BUT...who knew Jackson Pollock was that good looking?

Awesome montage of handsome men.
Thank you, RJ...glad you enjoyed! Only one more to go in this series. For now anyway. :-)
Some of these men were more handsome as they aged..
Fred McMurray, Harry Belafante, Sean Connery, Cary Grant. ❤
Love your videos. How about some James Franciscus and Charlton Heston ?
Thanks! Not familiar with Franciscus. And not really a fan of Mr. Heston. I'll see what I can do about the former. :-p

Knew they were both on the show, but didn't realize they played the same character. Cool! Thanks, Doug.

At 3:20 it's Gardner McKay not Cornell Wilde.
Okay, thanks. I'm relying on info I'm provided by the blogs and such I find the photos on. Human. :-)
4:20 Gary Cooper is on the right.
Thanks!
Almost positive the picture labeled Glenn Miller is actually Tommy Dorsey.
It's definitely possible. I'm relying on internet IDs, which aren't always accurate.

Thanks for the expert ID. :-)
