While the actual video was short in terms of total time, it has so many tips and tricks throughout the video. Great job and thanks for sharing. I do not building aircraft, but now I want ot try my hand at it. 👏

Hello all, I have brought Academy 1/48 F-14A. I have also brought Jolly Roger decals. I plan to paint top using ammo (FS35237 - Gray Blue), bottom using ammo (FS36375) light compass ghost grey, and middle using ammo (FS36320) dark compass ghost grey. Is this correct? Cheers in advance for replies.
Hi John, gonna be a very exciting project at 1/48 scale! Please share when done. For the paint colours, that is exactly the combination that I used, just in the Gunze brand. Have fun with the build!
Hi again John, I just noted that you bought the F-14A, hopefully, the decals you bought were made for the F-14A. The paint scheme for the F-14A is quite different from the one I built which is a F-14B. The exhaust nozzles are different plus other things. The earlier 1978 version was FS16440 on top and FS17875 on the bottom and flying surfaces - ailerons, elevators. The later 1981 version was FS16440 all over. Hope that helps.
Beautiful!!!!insane details on so small scale👍
Many thanks! I enjoyed building this model.
