......wow, wow, wow. Saved this one up cos Bungle Bungles are my inspiration to get out there and do a long trip. Your capture of its wonder certainly did not disappoint!!! Those colours must have been amazing. Thank you for sharing! Can't wait to see where you end up next ☺️ ☺️ ☺️
How incredibly beautiful and epic is the whole of the Kimberley. My fave place on the entire planet. You footage is wonderful. I never get tired of watching the Ivanhoe crossing! It’s a little strange watching this now in 2022 and reliving lockdowns and border closures ( I’m a still traumatized Victorian 😂)
I know - the Kimberley has totally won me! I am stoked I have made the effort to make these vids- I relive it every time I watch them. Glad you’re enjoying them too. (Hope you recover soon you poor Victorian 🥲)
Great episode, so lucky to do the Bungles from ground and air. We only had the time to do from the Seaplane tour was great. Didn’t have the time to go out as we were doing the Gib. Oh well just have to go back. 🤣
Thanks Shaun - glad you liked it. We were very fortunate to get that special deal for the flight - it really topped it off! And yes - you will have go back - the perfect reason 👍😀
Kununarra and it’s surrounds have so much to offer and sadly a lot of people only stop there for fuel and groceries in their rush to do the gibb. Great video.
@@travelthecountry-aussieadv1730 Hope you will make it down to Augusta. If you do make it down here - we live on Molloy Island and you're invited to come to have a look. We are heading off tomorrow to go the opposite direction though until August.
@@vickiwoodage5065 hi, thx so much Vicki, that’s really kind of you. My vids are actually quite behind where we are now so we wouldn’t be able to drop by but the offer is really appreciated. Have a great time on your own trip 😀🤙
Another great episode, thanks for sharing. It seems a really good idea to use the van as a base station and travel with a tent into more difficult terrain. How are you securing your caravan while away.
We have done this a couple of times. Some van parks have space for you to ‘store’ your van for a few days for a small fee. We did this at the Kimberleyland CP for $10pn. Then of course we use the hitch lock 😊👍
Been watching your big lap loving it.quick question.from a previous post you were pumping water to your tanks from a river.can you tell the pump details without power.we do a lot of free camping and want a set up to do the same. Are you still on the road doing the big lap.we are planning for 2024
Hi Ray, sorry it took me a while to reply - we’ve been out of reception for a few days. It’s a Ryobi transfer pump and associated battery system. We have a 12v Ryobi DC battery charger that’s allows us to charge off the caravan battery. Only downside- if we try to run the water through our inline filter the over pressure turns off the pump. Hope that helps. 🤙😊 and yes we’re still on the road 🕺🏼
Jackie and Kerry another fantastic video full of information, location and scenic beauty. Thanks for sharing and travel safe. 😁
Thx so much Steve. Hope you get to see this spot too 🤙
Another great location brings back great memories of your trip. Thanks for all your great work filming this trip.
Thank you so much Kym - it’s so good to keep those memories alive. 😀🤙
Another spectacular episode, very inspiring.
Thank you Leanne 😀
