I warm up every time I go wakeboarding. I put together a 15-minute programme from the warm-ups of some pro-boarders. And it makes a huge difference for me. I feel much more flexible and I can ride much safer. Probably your warm-up is enough for you because your muscles are used to the strain and because you always ride in warm areas. But every average Joe doesn't have this condition and is exposed to a higher risk of injury due to a lack of warming up. You can ask any sports doctor (please not the guy mentioned in the video again). And all other athletes do a warm-up as well. For exactly this reason

i do some very moderate joints warmup, 2 minutes, maybe, but it's more about water and air temperature, which is way less than many of riders accept as rideable

Best advice people could ever have! They're to many dogma out there overvaluing stretching and working out in the gym, but if you are a normal person and want to progress in wakeboard you actually don't have time and energy to waste in the gym

I do not agree, I think gym is the best place you can put yourself in off season to maintain your power and mobility. Also during the season it wont hurt, I am currently riding 4 days a week plus I hit the gym 2 days a week, and I am progressing way faster then when I used to ride 5-6 days a week, w/o gym.
About stretching idk maybe it's bad genetics but that one time I wasn't stretching before a ride, I had torn my ACL.

Does anyone know what this trick is called? The best I can explain it would be a half cab roll rewind 3. In my head that’s what it would be called but at the same time I’m thinking it’s a weird looking styled out roll 2 blind
