Exploring PLA Market Hisar with

We explore PLA market of Hisar, Haryana.
And generally it opens 9am in the morning but all the stalls have been setup around 6pm abd till 10-10:30pm.
Best time to visit : 7pm.
Many of the stalls and shops serving very delicious food and some are very older shops.
