Obviously, Superman's feet. Never fear a Lego block again. Never stub your toe going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Just a little flex of your toes and you can dunk a basketball. You'd have to be careful at first and move deliberately slowly so that your feet don't write checks that the rest of your body can't cash, but it seems pretty practical.

Momentum = mass X velocity Momentum-bullet = Momentum-gun (conservation of momentum.) Therefore mass/mass = velocity/velocity (that is, the ratio of bullet mass/gun mass = ratio of recoil-velocity vs of muzzle-velocity.) If the hollow-point projectile masses 8 grams, and the gun masses 800 grams, and the muzzle-velocity is 1200fps, the recoil velocity will be 12fps (about 13kmh.) What's crazy is that when you are firing the gun, that measly 13kmh recoil feels like an instant "thump".
2:47 got me laughing, I know that it was recorded after the shot but the idea of Dan just losing patience and stabbing the skull in the nose with a metal rod is just too funny.
