The story about Nicholi...If I was one of those kids parents I would be absolutely Ashamed. That man acted in self defense against a pack of drunk/druggy and violent teenagers who were gearing for an altercation. Like...who even acts like that and thinks they are the victims? Should they have gotten stabbed, no...but I get it, they pushed him down more than once and one time he even went under the water..whats to say they wouldnt have piled on him and drowned him if they wanted to? HE didnt know if they would or wouldnt do that to him and the way they were acting if I was in his position that would be the first thing that came to my mind "these drunk idiots are going to kill me and not even realize what they are doing bc they are being drunk idiots."

In regards to the last case: It was voluntary manslaughter at best but self defense is certainly reasonable. If a group of screaming people surrounded me in an isolated area, started throwing hands, pushed me so hard that I fell not once but twice, it would be reasonable for me personally to think that their next move would be to stand on my chest and hold me under the water until I drowned. The group did not allow the man to leave ("retreat") after the first push into the water but continued to surround, yell, and throw hands at him. Overall, a very tragic outcome.

I do agree. In that kind of situation where you get scared for your life adrenaline levels go way up and you go in to "fight or flight" mode. Once that happens logic and reasoning thinking goes out the window and you are going by pure instinct to stay alive. In this case he couldnt get away cause he was surrounded. Its not really an excuse to kill and injure people but it completely explains why it happened and the fact that at that moment his brain was acting on instinct to do what was necessary to survive.

Nicoli should never have been jailed ,his was self defence they were just like baying animals ,he must have been terrified,i would have done exactly the same ,there was so many lies told ,nobody seemed to take any notices of the video, they started it first by pushing him down in the water !!!!!! Terrible jury

Self defence for Nicholi-- the kids under age drinking; and other substances. It is those smart arses who should have left him alone OR EVEN OFFERED TO HELP HIM FIND THE PHONE-- That’s what decent respectful teenagers should have done AND NOT SURROUNDED HIM. I would have FELT THREATENED had this happened to me.

The guy had no prior encounters with the police and all of a sudden he just attacks a bunch of teenagers in broad daylight? Absolutely not. I would also be frightened for my life if I was in the middle a group of intoxicated and high teenagers being pushed around and underwater. Obviously yes he could have acted calmer, but the situation he was put in was the opposite of calm. I think he escalated the situation to far but I also understand him saying he was fearful. I think both parties are at fault here in a way.

If I was on the jury I would have been able to talk first hand about throwing the first punch in a situation like that. I actually called the police after the incident where the first punch was the last punch, when the officer first showed up, the first words out of his mouth after asking if I was the one who called were, “You realize you might be going to jail tonight, right?”
He talked to them, came back and talked to me, and I told him exactly what Nicolae said. Except I said my fight-or-flight response kicked in when he flinched and I thought he was about to hit me. The officer looked at me for a sec while processing what I had said and asked, so it was like a preemptive attack? I was just like, I guess you could consider it that…he didn’t swing and everything ended 🤔
He went back, talked to them, came back said stay away from each other, shook my hand and left.
Obviously nobody died, but they said they looked at the battery charge first and I would say that was 100% warranted and if anything is to blame, it would be his sympathetic nervous system.

Answer to the question of who is responsible in the case involving Sabrina:
    Her birth mother
    Her birth father
    Her step father
Her step mother whose death could have been avoided if she reported her suspicions of what the step father was doing.

Oh man, some of those horrible, insidious murderers are getting younger. I can see how a vulnerable teenagers from a broken homes and not having appropriate and loving parent(s) can be manipulated by selfish adults offering things like “love”, money etc to be their puppets to commit awful crimes for them, but the Gavin guy, that’s something else, and actually makes you wonder whether a person can be born evil. It seems as if he’s from a decent family, his mother looks healthy and has the parental responsibility and concerns of a good mother, but the young guy seems to have been developing corrupted behaviour from when he was little, I mean young children don’t tend to chase their siblings around the house with a knife, I do remember chasing my sister around the house with a gun, which were my bent thump and two fingers and my sister fighting back with imaginary bow and arrows until we collapsed on the ground in fits of giggles! At 17, the kid was stalking the poor woman almost a century old and filming it as though she was prey, how does he know all these perverted things? And it’s more scary that had he’d not been caught by the police, he was progressing way too fast and at such a young age. What he did to the gay guy from the church, he knew exactly what he was doing and was progressing in that too. It wasn’t about the crime of thieving, he was turning into a sadistic serial killer, just trying to find his evil niche. And he doesn’t feel bad about what he did, he’s annoyed that he got caught, he was evolving. I do feel bad for his parents because they’ll feel a sense of responsibility for what he did, but they did all the right things to find help for him, so they did their very best for him, but unfortunately it seems some are born to be evil. Why is there so much evil in this world?

The neighbor that sent James the photo of Lamar mowing helped push that lunatic over the edge..what was the point in that?! He instigated it and then two people were murdered. Obviously James is the one who did it but I can’t help but think that picture could’ve been what made him decide to go through with it. Idk.

I watched a documentary of the guy who stabbed and killed the teenagers. I watched the whole trial and seen all the video's taken and he murdered those teenagers. The teenagers told him over and over to leave and stop hanging around them. Does that sound like a gang of people attacking a man and him defending himself? Killing women? He suddenly put himself into the group of teenagers and wouldn't leave. The teenagers thought he was a pervert. They told him go away you pervert. They pushed him a couple times wanting him to leave not forcing him to stay and then he stabs a bunch of them? Also it was daylight and lots of other people all over the place. Did he scream for help no he didn't. I have a gun and I am always for the people who have to shoot someone in self defense but this isn't self defense. This is murder. Did the teenager get carried away yes but they shouldn't have been killed.

I mean thinking about this really Sabrina did not have much of a chance in life
you know!. What the hell just by analyzing her childhood 😊
and the rivality what do you think of a choice she had.
Yes she is responsible for her actions but I would go for less punishment
and focus in more help in rehabilitation to better her for
that future coming ahead her life. God bless her and I will keep her in my
prayers and the same for the other sister 🙏
