This program is led by health access attorneys from Bay Area Legal Aid’s Health Consumer Center. The Health Consumer Center runs a free legal advice line from Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm for residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, Santa Clara and Sonoma counties. Residents in other California counties outside the Bay Area can call the Health Consumer Alliance (HCA) at 888-804-3536 to be redirected to local agencies who can provide assistance regarding health access related matter in their counties.
