My family doctor told me that he no longer knew what to do with me, that he felt completely powerless.
Anxiety does not go away just by exercising or breathing, it is a daily struggle, very painful that deteriorates the quality of life.

For us who DEAL with it and not research it. You’re thinking about it backwards. And if you don’t think this, I question the motive of the direction you’re trying to make people believe.
If we used the direction that this video is trying to tell us then we basically will ignore the fact that we are conditioned to be anxious because of society. It’s basically saying to put a Band-Aid on the conditioning.
Versus taking your conditioning into your own hands. Like so many of you all have said. And honestly most of us have had this gut situation since we were children. We grew up in hyper anxious environments and we suffered in silence ever since. And I had a great home you guys. But if one Parent is naturally heightened all the time, even in the best attempts, that de-regulation of energy is still filled by the child.
now we are grown-ups with the same tummy issues. Mine started about fourth or fifth grade. In the 90s they thought it was lactose intolerance. It is not.

What a joke😂 but as far as remedial recommendations there is some Eastern medicine like meditation but I was expecting suggestions like eating more fiber and herbs to promote good bacteria and demote bad bacteria. Heck, Cascara Sagrada will practically reset the gut from one dose. People are walking around with parasites 🪱 and bad bacteria it explains the health options...sugar cravings are not from the subconscious, you're serving masters. HP left untreated leads to ulcers and worse gut conditions, but there's nothing to worry about nature will always be there, so will pharmacy

I typically only have a bowel movement every 5-6 days & never feel like I have emptied out, I also have extensive anxiety, which causes me to tighten up my stomach muscles, which often leads to me having major stomach cramps but most recently, those stomach cramps have become much more painful & feel more like stabbing pains in my gut, I can’t seem to break the cycle of the gap between poos & or the extreme anxiety and stomach pains, it’s become more and more debilitating & has even caused me to have to leave work, due to intense pain, I internalize my emotions & it doesn’t take much to send me into an anxiety attack, Although I have learned some techniques to talk my anxiety off the ledge, by counting backwards, saying my ABCs ( odd as it sounds) but I have to distract my thoughts, to prevent the onset of the anxiety attacks, I never related the anxiety to the constipation, ANYONE have any advice on how I can overcome these issues?
