Such fluffy & colourful couscous, plantain, corn & that brown stew goat, what's not to love... The brown stew goat is a first for me but I love the idea of it, so will have to try it myself. Yet another delightful recipe Chef... Bravo 👏🏾

I’ve always watched my aunties cooking goat meat; I have to try it out 😍😍😃😃👌🏽 cous cous I love too!!! Amazing video 👍🏽 Thanks for sharing all your cooking skills I’m very much motivated 😃
Curvesohyeah yep we do 😍 like 3 times in between we handle it with a little moroccan olive oil and just some drops of water and then back into the oldskool steamer. And the part where the water is is basicly the sauce and the meat cooking
It had been in the pot for a while and I was afraid that it might burst and cause the stew to be sPicy. Cooking it whole like this adds flavour to the pot but if it bursts it becomes spicy :)
I don’t need donations. I was asked by many followers to leave a link in which they can send me something as a thank you for helping them with recipes and because of the amount of requests that I get to leave it under my videos I did. You’ll be glad to know that the money is donated back into small businesses or charities especially with all what is going on. Thanks for your time.

Sweet couscous is great too,you can add dried cranberries, apricots and slivered almonds delish!!!
I've been using cinnimon in my stews. It gives the meat a depth of flavor, similar to when I buy gyros. Its yum.
