The know nothing from the Attitude Era... And with them being American they have had the WWE Network for a decade by now to atleast watch the big moments/matches/shows. (Hell, I, from non-wrestling country Norway, knew most of the attitude era stuff just from TH-cam before the network came here)

i've watched this spot a thousand times, and the whole match too, but I somehow never remember which PPV it was. You can know the spots and the big matches, having seen them on the Network, without remembering the PPV / the year
Back in the day, there weren't 4 big PPVs. There were five. King of the Ring was the fifth. It's probably as big as Money in the Bank.
Well, if we're being technical, there were only 4 big PPVs back in the day. King of the Ring didn't become a televised PPV until 1993

For reference wwe didn’t start doing match type themed ppvs such as hell in a cell, elimination chamber, tlc, and extreme rules until 2009. These ppvs replaced ppvs like no way out, one night stand, and Armageddon, where these match types were frequently featured. Personally id like to see them get rid of the match type themes because the ppvs barely feature the name sake matches
They've been getting rid of the ppv theme names one by one. TLC is gone, HIAC and extreme rules have not had a PLE announced this year

Yeah the first 3 One Night Stand PPVs were the predecessors for Extreme Rules at least. Also, I believe that if WWE never went PG later in 2008 we probably would STILL have the ppv One Night Stand cuz you know they had to change the name for the ppv to Extreme Rules for certain reasons

King Of The Ring was one the original PPVs back when there were only 5 along with WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, Summerslam, and Survivor Series. That’s why it was a big deal.
Watching some classic PPV reviews helped me they saved me with the last one think it was backlash but that was the randy match

Extreme Rules should have counted for at least half credit for One Night Stand. One evolved into another.

Wasn't an Armaggedon in 2001. It was Vengeance where Chris Jericho won the first Undisputed title.
You know, this one actually taught me something anything relating to the Attitude Era/Ruthless Aggression Era, I was right on the money with the event and year...but with anything related to the PG era, it's a jumbled mess. Like I remember the spots, but was way off on every event and year. It's crazy how distinctive things used to be.

Hulk slammed multiple times before WM 3. The first time was all the way back in 1979. WM3 was probably the first time he did on PPV though.
Y'all may have been joking with the "technically" line about Hogan and Andre... but the first time Hogan slammed Andre was in Shea Stadium in, August 1980 at the Showdown in Shea IV SuperCard...

I got most of these right but there were a few instances where I got the PPV but not the year or I got the year but not the right PPV lol.

Actually Hogan wasn't the first one to bodyslam Andre, several wrestler body slammed him before 1987, including Kamala and Harley Race. King of the Ring 1998 also had the First Blood Match between Kane and Stone Cold where Kane became champion... for 24 hours
