These homes remind me of Guadalajara, Mexico the last time I visited there. They have nice homes that are luxurious, and the pools are magnificent with a view of the city. The doors when entering the homes are huge also. Very beautiful home in Lake Las Vegas.

Nice house, except for two things. The rocks on the floor and the location. Why would anyone want rocks scattered around the inside of their house? And why would anyone pay this kind of money to live in a subdivision in a tract home?

Too small for a beautiful house like that …….Aesthetically its nice but I wish Clark County revise the max 600sq ft pool size limit to at least 800sq ft - that’s an actual comfortable size for a normal small family and a few friends IN THIS DAY IN AGE
