Spaghetti TomYum Kung, one of our most creative dishes.

This is a mixed Thai-Italian dish with Tom Yum Kung ingredients so the balancing ingredients between the two is the key to unity deliciousness. However, the stir-fry has the lead because it's not a hot soup so we fry garlic with chili paste as usual plus Tom Yum stuff. We use the oil from Chili paste to fry with ingredients to get more taste like Tom Yum Kung and make it more concentrated as a stir-fried dish should be. We also add the Tomato ketchup as one of the base sauces even though it's not Thai stuff because it is still a spaghetti dish. Hopefully it will blend the two deliciousnesses, like a bridge connecting these two different kinds.
