- The Detroit Lions made an amazing move to move ahead of division rival and take what was the best cornerback in the draft in drafting Terrion Arnold out of Alabama. The Pick was amazing but it was even sweeter stealing him away from a division rival.

You really can't go wrong picking a defensive player coached up by Nick Saban who is renowned for pumpin' out excellent defensive backs. The Lions really made out on this trade!

PFF is NOT the most accurate source LOL. Many times their grades don't even make sense.

Typically a third round pick gets a little bit of playing time and are usually out of the league by year three. It's non-typical that they stay for over three years. 70% of all draft picks don't make it in the NFL so you do want to make sound decisions on the first and second rounds.
I don’t really care they gave up the 3rd. They essentially got Arnold & Davis for a 1st and 2 3rds. With the loss of Sutton, it was almost necessary.

Kool-Aid was a better corner. And the Packers passed on him too. If the Packers wanted Arnold, they had the assets to move up. They simply didnt think he was worth it. They alsio could have traded up for any CB they wanted. They didn't draft a CB until Kalen King at 245. King might be the steal if the draft. Like Carrington Valentine was last year. The Packers gotva first round talent with their 11th pick. If he turns out better than Arnold, it will be lwgendary.
The Packers had zero interest in Arnold. They had 11 picks and picked ONE CB at pick 245. You didn't steal anything from Green Bay.
