Minus depreciation 10% each year from ex showroom price of the year bought not the current year (2015 means 7 years old car. so the price should be reduced by 70% from the original ex showroom price) so 1 crore car cost only 30 lakhs
- Minus Mileage 2 rupees per kilometer run (50000 kms means reduce 1 lakh rupees for the mileage alone)
This is how you must calculate before buying a used car.

But these people will enter 15L as the actual price and 85% of it is 11.5L. this is 115% loan. They will take 10L and give the customer 1.5L. Customer will use this money for personal things or to upgrade the car etc., An illegal thing!
