はじめ大きな幅の牛べらを使いましたが、小ぶりの茶碗には4cm幅が使いやすいと思いました。底をしめるとき左手の薬指と小指の間ではさむのもできません。なんとか工夫してます。磁器は大好きなので練習します。ありがとうございます。

底の粘土の締め方は薬指と小指の間で挟むのが難しければ、下を押さえながら締めるよう努めれば大丈夫です。
手が小さいとやりにくいかもしれませんね！
磁器を極められればろくろ名人になれること間違いなし！です。頑張って下さいね！

磁器の焼き物で少し大きめの器（ラーメンbowlサイズ）を作っているのですが、素焼きの段階では問題ないのです本焼きで器が歪になってしまいます。ガス窯ですが何が問題なのか分かりません。釉は透明釉です。乾燥も1週間位しています。教えて頂ければ幸いです。

ん～乾燥の時に歪むようだったら、均一に乾燥していないのが原因です。（一方方向から風が当たるなど）
本焼きで歪むなら、棚板に引っかかって歪んでいると思います。（ハマを敷いて焼成が必要です）
それ以外であれば、成形時に厚みの差があると歪みます。
あとはサイズに似合わず薄く削り過ぎると歪み易くなります。
大きい作品は薄くし過ぎないことも重要です。
磁器制作はデリケートなのでサイズアップすると、さらに難しいですよね！
