How to Run M-pesa Transaction on Pesapal SABI POS

Hi and welcome to Pesapal. In this video, we’ll show you how to do M-Pesa transaction on Pesapal SABI POS
1. Press the Menu button and select Mpesa. Confirm your selection with the green button at the bottom right of the Pesapal SABI POS machine.
2. Enter the amount then confirm that the amount entered is correct.
3. The Till number will display on the screen. Proceed to guide the customer to pay using the Lipa na Mpesa process on their mobile money handset
4. Once the payment has been made, enter the customer’s phone number on the Pesapal SABI POS machine and press the green button to confirm payment.
5. Tear off the customer copy then press the green button again to produce the merchant copy.
