Love from Massachusetts, US❤️. One of my friends from India, Sailoi shared a link and I tapped it unknowingly, it is by far the best mistake I've made this year. Truly amazing and mesmerizing, I've always known that India is rich and diverse in culture but I've never heard of the Mizos until now, and how rich and diverse even one small culture could b😮e. The attention to details on traditional dresses are just mind-blowing, it is one of the most beautifully crafted dresses I've ever seen, my favourite is the headpiece worn by the princess. The different dances and dialects were all so beautiful. I would really love to come to India especially to the states where Mizo people are there and get to know more about the richness of the culture.
p.s the girls are so pretty and the boys are so hot, so fun to watch🫣

The thadou,the Lusai, the Hamr, the Paite, the Poi, the Falam, etc were known as Zo.
Kuki/Chin were British given name. We called ourself as Zo people.
You may call yourselves whatever you want outside of the boundaries or the sphere of influence of Mizoram we do not care. But when youre inside Mizoram or watching and commenting on a music video made by Mizos from Mizoram, do not propagate or bring in your identity politics further. This message applies to all Kukis, Zo people or Chin people. Every tribe represented in this video are all part of the big Mizo family.

I love My Kuki-Chin-Zo people and our land.
In India, We are
Kuki tribe,Mizo(Lushai) tribe,Hmar tribe,Lai(Pawi)tribe,Mara(Lakher) tribe.etc..
In Bangladesh,We are Kuki-Chin.
In Myanmar(Burma),We are CHIN.
We all are Chinlung chuak, (Chhinlung chhuak, Sinlung suak) and we live in Hill region (Zo,tlang).
Our brothers in Mizoram state,India have so incredible and creative skills and talents .
First of all do more research all the chhinlungchhuak are Mizo in Mizoram and others parts of Northeast state lusei language users..... I'm lai and in mizo.... My mother is hmar mizo just know the facts first Mizo community is the largest among our three umbrella names Chin-Kuki-Mizo

Do you ever heard about Mizo Union Memorandum 1947 plus if you talk about ST list MIZO (any lushai) just do more research before Mizo all of the lushai hills people are called Lushai (it's not same with lusei tribe) soon lushai hills district become mizo hills district if I'm not wrong lushai is pretty similar with Lusei tribe so they change the name....
Anyway if you are from Myanmar I heard Asho tribe lived in plain if I'm not wrong they even got nickname called Plains Chin....
@@captaincharisma6574 Yeah, this is one of the reasons that we don't use Zo as our name in Myanmar.We are not Zo(hills) or Zofa(Hill's descendants) but Zo(hill region) is ours,Our homeland.For Asho Chin people their homeland is Plains from their ancestors.In Myanmar,wherever we live in Plains or Hills region,if we are really Chinlung chuak (Sinlung suak), we are one in CHIN historically and officially.
