A great classic sci-fi from 1976 which won a whole host of awards in 1977. Includes themes of cloning, individual vs collective good and a cracking good post-apocalyptic world building.

heh. So the algorithm is not keen on political comments I guess. There are certainly some things I would not mind seeing in the US if I ever visit. But there are so many countries yet to visit.

It is great when a book exceeds even one's already high expectations! I am never letting this little gem go again, for sure.
