Roughly how many oval bruhes do you use for a single painting? I understand that you do not wash them off after each separate use during your painting.
I usually use maybe a couple oval brushes for one painting. I do wash them in between each stroke. Please check out these pages for more details:

Only the fan brush is missing among the supplies I already purchased. Its function is mostly to include some bushes I suppose.
