I have the older bare-aluminum Blitz, it's overengineered and has a bunch of shortcomings in terms of its intended purpose. Hardly use it, but get it out of the box now and then just to drool over the craftsmanship
First of all, you've got a great personality for this video, but you also did an excellent job of presenting this piece of equipment. You seemed to cover all the bases and I certainly want one of these. I'm just struggling to "lay down the dollars", but as you say, it's pricey but, you get a great piece of equipment that should last a long time. Thanks for the great review. Marc T.

This is an outstanding sharpening system; wish I had hit the lottery so I could afford one of these. I will just have to stick with my WorkSharp system for now.
My old system has worked fairly well for so long, but now I'm drooling over this phenomenal rig! So much better, especially angle control & consistency that isn't possible with what I'm currently using, that is, until I make one of these "at home" on my personal bench!
Looks solid and easy to use. I have a small knife collection now, but I could see using this in a year or two when I have more of a need for it. Thanks Beez!

Was going to start by buying a KME system, but would much rather have this. Either way, I'm gonna shapen every damn knife in my house, then I'm gonna start hitting my neighbors up for dull knives I can sharpen. Then when I get good, I'll start sharpening knives for people I work with for a small fee. It's gonna hopefully he my little cash side biz.

I'm surprised there are no videos on the Jende jig. The accu-drive is the most precise angle adjustment I have ever seen. Some one desperately needs to do a professional side by side of the Jende and KO3.
TS Prof systems are expensive but looks to be some of the best you can get for your dollar. What's cool is all the separate pieces and attachments you can get for them. Recommend different stones from say Venev or Atoma as they last longer and are better quality than what comes with the system. Hapstone R2 Black is a close second to the K03. For most people the Kadet is absolutely the best unit to get, they are built incredibly well.
