My apologies to all Stays for getting names/song titles incorrect. I was trying very hard to get it correct but there's a lot of them and I am rubbish, so please forgive me! But I absolutely loved the music and will definitely be reacting to more in the future!

Bro it took me a few days to recognize who was who even after watching a few videos of them doing stuff. Like Felix, Seungmin, and Chan no prob. Didn't realize I.N. was there cause I think I kept assuming he was either Hyunjin or Lee Know. And for some reason Han and Changbin looked similar to me

You did a great job identifying them all! And Bang Chan designed the Stray Kids logo. I think I read that it's his handwriting, lol. At the end of God's Menu, it leads to the "Back Door", which is also a song on that album. I highly recommend it. It's so different. I love it. As you can see, they experiment with different genres and sounds. Some of my favs are Back Door, Side Effects, and Grr (I dunno if Grr has a MV). And you have to see the lyrics video for the Tortoise and the Hare. I love it! And also the lyrics videos for Heyday, 3racha, and Charmer. You can't go wrong with SKZ. There's something for everyone in their discography.

The logo was made by Bang Chan himself! I love how much they're involved with their own group and production and seem to be given freedom in lots of ways which other artists don't even get a small taste of.
Yes! I completely agree, I was quite shocked when I learnt they were under JYP and then discovering and being told they do a lot of their own production etc. Think that's amazing and it really shows off their talents as they'll all work together to involve every member of the group, whereas I think sometimes in groups particular members can get less of a chance to shine.

The fact that you went into this knowing their names made me instantly subscribe! You have certainly done your homework. They no longer have their ninth member - he left like a year after debut and is solo now. Chan recently said they are 8 and that's all that matters to him.
They are so varied with their music style, they have some slower more meaningful songs, some sillier ones but all are brilliant.
I look forward to watching more of your reactions.

If you want to get to know them better, there are a few good SKZ guide videos out there-- the one by TeaNoSuga is pretty good (I don't recommend the short versions because there're a lot of missing info and they may mislead you).

They write and produce themselves, (or the 3 member subunit 3Racha does) and they also are top level collaborators. One of the reasons they are so prolific is the great relationships they have with industry producers, many of whom they've worked with multiple times. Chan, the leader, often likes to credit their co-producers on his live talks, where he points out some of the parts they contributed. It is very clear that the over-riding artistic vision belongs to the Stray Kids, and they are very well respected by the fellow professionals they work with.
It's one of my favorite things about this group--they don't pretend that they are in this by themselves, they constantly shout out thanks and credit to those who work with them--staff, managers, stylists, co-producers, Chan even mentioned the great work of the team that organizes or sets the tracks or maybe the background sounds on the tracks? (I've totally got that wrong, but anyway a group of people involved in recording who no one else ever thanks or even mentions....). But their sound is always distinctively theirs, no matter who they are working with.
Every member of the group has copyright credits for their contributions to songs, and the 3 Racha team each have, individually, well over 100 credits (the number varies wildly depending on which article or site you look at, but Chan has definitely over 118 and probably closer to 140, and leads 4th gen kpop idols, while Changbin and Han have between 105 to possibly over 120. Some of the difference may be due to numbers of copyrights vs copyrights for songs that have been released). Each 3Racha member has their own separate credit for their part in composing, writing, producing, etc. any given song, and the majority of Stray Kids songs involve all three of them to some extent. Some of the vocals for their releases were also recorded in Chan's personal recording studio, although most are recorded in the JYP company studios. the 3Racha members also have actively encouraged the other members to get more involved in writing/composing, which some do more than others.
I think that's so good of Chan and the guys to do that. It can be so easy to just take credit for things and leave other people out, but actually I respect them so much more for shouting out the work of others and putting a spotlight on their contributions. That's the behavior of an absolute hero and a gentleman right there imo.

This is my first time seeing your reaction but I think I might’ve choked on my water when you nonchalantly said “Is that I.N ?”😅 and then proceeded to spout off facts about our guys nobody EVER takes the time to learn about them! (Even if people tell reactors in comments the details they usually don’t remember or read them by the time they make another video)

**Also, just curious🤔were you looking at the lyrics along with the video and we couldn’t see it on the screen? (Sometimes it happens) The lyrics for Gods Menu (basically their discography) go along with their dancing which is cooking style movements and what’s going on in the background. (The construction, the lab & restaurant - serving it up) For Maniac, it’s about being your inner monster is normal and the bird flying around is like when you’re crazy/hit your head you see tweety birds. They have a dance move that has a screw like movement along with the drill sound that goes with ‘screw loose’ but they also mention Frankenstein and he had screws/bolts in his neck and it goes with that dance move when they Hyunjin or Lee Know is saying Maniac.

Oh no please don't choke on your water!! And I got really embarrassed by continually getting RedVelvet names incorrect so I did some research prior, although I am sure I still made many mistakes. But I do thoroughly enjoy learning about new groups. Plus as this was for a friend I wanted to make sure I did it well. But thank you for your thank you XD I am really glad you liked it.
** I did not have the lyrics elsewhere, honestly I suck at multitasking so trying to read lyrics, listen to the music and watch the MV is a little to much for my dumb self haha so I try to focus down on bits.
That is actually amazing! They so clever and just effortlessly cool. I did watch God's Menu back after the fact and realised the dance move was like cooking moves haha I felt so stupid for not picking up on it the first time. I still find things when watching these videos (Gods Menu & Venom are my top) that I never realized and I see them multiple times a day still for over a year for me! I am amazed at the bravery of reactors to take on such a task. It has to be, I KNOW it is, overwhelming to hear a song first and try to interpret how it fits with what’s going on much less it’s not in our language! And then if it’s harder to watch lyrics and the action at the same time, don’t bother but maybe after you could check out the lyrics video and it shows everyone singing their lines and you can see what the songs about also. It just adds to the experience, I guess. 🤷🏽♀️lol.
You might like ‘Slump’ ‘Scars’ ‘Mixtape: Oh’ all as a First Take recording (just standing there singing, captions ok here haha) but they only get one take!!

Christmas time is coming soon so i suggest the song Christmas Evel 🙌 Stray Kids cover many different genres in their music, so if you like slower more heart felt songs or anything else really, they will have!! Stray kids have also released 2 albums this year, Oddinary (Maniac is from there) and Maxident. Highly recommend!! Every album they have released have amazinggg songs and I hope you will become a huge stay soon! If you would like to learn more about the members and their personalities, i recommend reacting to guides on youtube! I love watching people get to know them! Try and go for newer ones though, as some have old information that doesnt apply anymore. And lastly, enjoy Stray Kids!! ❤❤

I’ve seen it numerous times, most STAYs have (but all fandoms love to repeatedly watch the same content over & over as long as the new person is enjoying it☺️) It clocks in at 52 minutes😮💨I just like to forewarn when nobody else ever does that it is FULL of spoilers for future music videos and shows you may want to watch. It’s great for a fan to watch sitting at home but could be tricky for you who has a reaction channel because she is so detailed. It is an amazing video though just depends on if you care about hearing 15-20 sec snippets of m/v’s you might come across in the future.
This one I just watched, it is pause to read & is completely spoiler free but full of details as well. Current up to Sept 2022 (although they dropped an album last month with four new videos)

When I first saw this mv (Miroh) their choreo stood out because is part of Haka which is a traditional Maori (New Zealand) ceremonial war dance/ chant. Bang Chan mentioned he had great appreciation for their culture and wanted to respectfully pay tribute. I love how Straykidz continue to expand their horizons.
Also have you heard of Ateez?? 👀Seventeen??👀 The talent, as well as self production..I believe you would like appreciate their style and ingenuity.
I completely did not pick up on that! That's so cool! I love the Haka, and have had the pleasure of seeing it performed live at a rugby game. May I say how impressive it was you did your homework beforehand to learn the names. STAYs adore due diligence, so don’t worry about getting any names wrong; we all had to take time to learn 8 members. You did very well!
All of their discography is so varied that it’s hard to make just one recommendation. Will you only be reacting to MVs? Because their most experimental (“The Tortoise and the Hare”) and some of their best B-sides (e.g., “Taste,” “Silent Cry”) don’t have MVs, but some individuals have posted videos of the lyrics and who sings each line.
I’d recommend “Side Effects,” “Thunderous,” “Venom,” “Levanter,” “Top,” “Back Door,” “Easy” and “Domino” (no MV for the latter but a wicked dance practice on their official channel).
Oh, well thank you so much for saying so. I know I definitely made some mistakes during it but I will make sure I am more solid on it by next time!
I am happy to check out tracks without MVs as long as people want then. I don't want people to watch me just stare at lyric videos a lot I feel like that would make for dull content. But for us, STAYs, it's always so endearing when reactors are trying to understand the references/puns in Stray Kids' lyrics (3RACHA, the group's producing team - you got them right, is known for witty word plays and interesting references). Especially when we can show so many gems :D
I'd like to recommend my personal favorites (tbh I don't know if I can even choose thought, every song has a special place in my heart so it's kinda tough): Phobia (only lyrics video), SLUMP (has MV, has a performance on The First Take channel), Silent Cry (only lyrics video), Scars (has MV, has performance on The First Take channel), and Charmer (only lyrics video). I can actually name every Stray Kids song because they're all good in their own ways (being experimental, bringing new/unexpected sounds and genres, having creative lyrics, etc) lmao.
I can link the most accurate lyrics videos (since a lot of them tend to confuse some members) if you need it. Have fun with exploring Stray Kids, it's an amazing journey!

Awesome reactions! Miroh was the only one that had Woojin (the member who left) in it out of what you watched. He left late 2019 so anything after that won't contain him. I look forward to much more. God's Menu was kind of where they hit their stride. While there are songs prior that I adore (in fact my favorite is from before God's Menu) but it seems, to me anyway, like they really solidified their sound on that album and continue to skyrocket.

"Miro" is a Korean word meaning "Maze". The H at the end stands for heaven or hell. I think it's pronounced Mee-ro

I have just recently found a love for K-pop when my daughter introduced me to stray kids. I’ve tried watching other groups which are awesome, but none compare!
My absolute favorite videos to watch are the stages from Kingdom legendary war. I am blown away by the genius and intensity of their performances. I have a hard time picking a favorite! However, I find myself listening to love poem by Mayflower at least every other day! This is a vocal collaboration, which includes Suengmin from stray kids, and it is top notch! The rap and dance collaborations were also wonderful. I also think thunderous MV is amazing. And Magnae on Top leaves me happy every time!

I'm a STAY (Stray kids fan) and very grateful you take the time to learn some things about them before checking them out this is so sweet of you ty 🥰 To add others important infos: Stray kids is a self-produced group and sometimes they even create some of their own choreos such as Miroh's choreo which was made by them.
3RACHA - producing team of the group
- made of Bangchan, Changbin and Han
- formed before SKZ (Stray Kids)
- rap-unit before SKZ's debut
- they make 99,8% of SKZ's music (from beats to lyrics)
They have sub-units within the group. Vocal unit (Seungmin, I.N, Bangchan, Lee Know), rap unit (Changbin, Han, Felix, Hyunjin) and dance unit (Lee Know, Hyunjin, Felix). Despite that, they all can dance, rap and sing very well. Seungmin and I.N mostly sing but other members are often doing both.

For now, I recommend Charmer (not a title song so we don’t any mv for this song, you can watch the color coded lyrics video to know both the translation and who in the groups sings/raps each parts), Easy (full rap song), Freeze (dubstep), Red Lights and Taste (R&B), 3racha by 3racha (drill), Awaken (rock), Lonely St (hip hop). If you’re into dance related stuffs, I would really recommend you to also check out their dance pratice for Easy and Beware which are very impressive.

Well I would like to say that I like many different genres of music although I couldn't always tell you which a song fell into. But I like all sorts so enjoy checking out a variety, if that makes sense haha. Easy and Beware for dance related stuff, got it!

@@atgnireactions5343 You didn't really mixed up the units as indeed Vocalracha is composed of only I.N and Seungmin but the vocal line (included all the vocalist in the group) is Bang Chan, Lee know, I.N and Seungmin. "Waiting for us" for example is a song by the vocal line which is different from Vocalracha. 3racha is also different from the rap line. 3racha is the producing team while the rap line just means the ones who are rappers in the group. It's kinda confusing I know haha. That's why people generally just come up with "Stray kids are 8 rappers, 8 singers, 8 dancers" because those men literally do everything and are great at everything lmao. You seem interested in our group and I really appreciate that ^^ I can't wait for ur others reactions, thank u for ur interest and I hope you'll enjoy your journey with stays and SKZ as much as possible

A small note on MIROH. Miro in Korean means maze. They added an H to it to make it MiroH where H represents Heaven/Hell. The message behind that is that life is like a maze and depending on your attitude and decisions it can either be like Heaven or Hell

Since you like God's Menu, I think you'd enjoy Thunderous as others have suggested. But to go completely out of the box and considering the season: Christmas Evil. Or Red Lights, to see a sub unit in an amazing mv with a.superb track. Personally I love their more slower songs.
I will leave the answers to your questions to others, will just say: yes, they are this brilliant (and brilliant people do find other brilliant people to collab with on tracks or arrangements, but yes...self-produced and brilliant).

Still working my way through your reactions, so not sure if this has been mentioned before, but you should definitely look into the meaning behind the MVs for different song. There's a lot of hidden meanings in almost everything in there. It's super fascinating to check out.

Channie also had a hand in the choreo of Miroh. He's always been a fan of Maori culture (indigenous people of New Zealand and parts of Australia), and the choreo of the chorus is inspired by Haka, the sacred warrior dance of the Maori people. It's a beautiful thing, Haka, so I highly recommend you watch one. ^-^ Theu were traditionally used to intimidate opponents in times of war and display power and uniformity and presented a challenge to thwir opponent, but in times of peace they're performed at major, life-changing events like marriages, retirements, funerals, things that represent moving from one stage of life to the next, and convey utmost respect and honor.
the ex memebers name is Kim Woojin. He was the oldest and a vocalist. after he left the group, which left many stays wondering if there was more that happened between the guys than was shown, because he left right before levanter comeback and if he is ever mention, even if not directly, the guys seem to want to get away from the topic of him fast. bang chan on chan's room a lot of times has clearly said that stray kids is 8, when google still shows woojin. He is now a soloist. There is no lieing to say he is very gtalented but many stays don't like him. Some still support him, and ones (like myself) that joined the fandom once he has already left, just don't care. stray kids are an 8 member group and he is just in the past.
The song Domino infamously doesn't have an MV but it's still one of my favorites haha...Easy however does have an MV, highly recommend checking that out :)

SKZ'S music is certainly not the norm in Kpop. And they do have help with production, they don't do it all, but certainly the 3racha has a hand in all. I imagine their career beyond being idols, their own production company, and own a Kpop label. Watch out Kpop industry, but that's a long way away. 3racha + Versachoi = 🔥 Versachoi is the outside producer works with them, same age as Chan, a genius as well.

3RACHA is named after the Thai-American hot sauce sriracha, so it's definitely pronounced with a soft "ch" sound rather than a "k" sound. Because there are 3 of them in the producing team, they adopted the name 3RACHA as a play on words. Amusingly, the producing team that they work with most often when they have an outside producer involved is named Hot Sauce. ^-^

Do more Stray Kids! They're the best. They're 8 composers, 8 rappers, 8 dancers, and 8 visuals. They produce their own music, mostly through 3racha. They're also insanely diverse from dubstep, to rap, to hip-hop, and then ballads. There isn't a single song that is bad. My favorites are Star Lost and Neverending Story. It's so fun to watch them in God's Menu, then Neverending Story, and hearing the drastic differences!

Some tips to help you navigate K-Pop and Stray Kids:
Talking about Woojin, the 9th and former member, is basically taboo. Most stays refuse to acknowledge his existence since he was asked to leave the group. Details are hazy. Rumors aplenty. He has his own solo career and seems to being doing well for himself.
You should definitely watch K-pop videos with subtitles to help you understand the meaning of the song and video. Stray Kids especially pride themselves on their lyrics, so you're missing the full package by watching without.
There's a ton of great music by them! They all really have a hand in making the music that they want. Bangchan, the leader and oldest, is pretty much the producer. He does sometimes work alongside the members and one other producer. He was a trainee for 7 years and jyp entrusted him with nearly everything. He pretty much is the maestro, going so far as to hand select all the members for the group.
Han and Changbin, the other members of 3racha, are very involved in the lyric writing.
Overall, despite having all the money and resources at there disposal, everything feels very intimately crafted because they don't rely too much on outside assistance.

They're an 8 now, but they did 9 albums with him, so he's gonna turn up on a lot of older stuff, so ignoring him and his contribution completely would not make sense. As he's no longer there, no need to focus on him, but also no need to avoid him on purpose, either.

In case no one has told you yet, the 9th member was Woojin. Some of the fans (Stays) tend to hate on him, even though he was proven innocent with both incidents (the first being SA and the second one being him bullying the members) No such events actually happened. He has his own album out now I believe. His songs are actually really beautiful and I would totally recommend his song "Ready Now". :) (Full name is Kim Woojin)

I know I am a few days late to your reaction but better late than never i say. Mirroh is the song that won them their first award. Stray Kids debut March 25 2018 with 9 members Woojin left the group in Oct 2019 due to malicious rumors which were proven to be fake later, but it was too late. He is now doing well and debut 2021 as a solo idol. He is an amazing vocalist. Still dreaming is a beautiful song and fitting for his debut song. You will see Woojin in any Stray Kids m/v that is older than Oct 2019.
Bang Chan hand picked all his members 2017, before they all did the survival elimination reality show called stray kids. Bang Chan named the group Stray Kids and the logo Stray Kids is his hand writing. He also named the fans Stay on April 1st 2018. Stay is Stray without the R because it is the reason stray kids stay. Not only do they make their own music, lyrics, beats, arrangements I love the play on words with Stray Kids. They are creative genius. I have only seen one other group that was a creative genius and it is Big Bang's leader G-Dragon. He is a creative genius who always thinks outside the box and Big Bang are legendary king icons. Not saying Stray Kids and Big Bang are the only ones that are creative, but they are the only ones on that high of a level of creativity for me. All of k-pop artist, idols and groups are top tier talented and embody the art of entertainment. For me, Stay Kids are my #1. They are my love of k-pop, and Taemin, & G-Dragon are my ult bias. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy every idol, and k-pop groups. After all I do have a YT playlist that is over 400 songs and they are all one of a kind songs from old to new mix.

In the beginning there were 9 members: Bang Chan, Changbin, Han, Felix, Hyunjin, IN, Lee Know, Seumjin, and the 9th was WooJin. WooJin however left at the end of 2019. Right when they were about to DEBUT!!! the 3 Rachra is Han, Bang Chan, Chang Bin. The Dancers are Felix, HyunJin, and Lee Know. IN and Seumjim (? on spelling) are the vocals. I like all three so i would say keep all three for playlist.

Only "Miroh" had the 9th member (woojin). Everything that is past fall 2019 is 8 members only. Otherwise you did pretty good. Bang Chan designed the band logo (if I am not mistaken). You should definitely check out other SKZ songs. I don't know what to recommend, I haven't heard a single bad songs. So, selfishly, I'm going to suggest some of my favorites. They are mostly b-sides actually. "Easy" (8 members), "Chronosaurus" (9 members), "Side Effects" (9), "Cheese" (8), "Any" (8), those are only a few.
I think you would love "Back Door" too (8) (at the end of "God's Menu", the extra bit of seconds, this is what is written (that you might've missed). "Back Door" goes after "God's Menu". Maybe "Freeze" (8). "Double Knot" (9). Some subunits songs like "Hey day" or "3Racha" by 3Racha. lol. Or "Taste" by the Dance Racha. Such a great song from their latest comeback.

Yeah Stray Kids are amazing and like you said they produce and write their own songs and they even participate to some of their choregraphies too. You were pretty right about the names. The only one you didn't know was Woojin, the member who left. You can see him in Miroh but not in God's Menu or Maniac because he left in 2019 so before God's Menu and Maniac were filmed. Also the Stray Kids logo is based on Bangchan's writting (the leader).
I think a lot of people would prefer God's Menu out of the three but I think my personal favourite is Miroh because it always hypes me up and puts me in a good mood and I never skip it. Maniac would be my second favourite, it's a really good catchy song and I love the meaning of it. The first time I listened to God's Menu I didn't really like it, it took me several listens to appreciate it. Now I love it and it's perfect to do some exercise but out of these three it's not my favourite.
For your next Stray Kids video I recommend you Easy, Thunderous and Case 143 which is the title track of their latest album.

I love watching as you absorb and try to take in the magic of Stray Kids.... we all had those moments when we first saw them!. My jaw dropped when I first saw them (Maniac) and I just kept shaking my head and just kept saying this is amazing. Its a great journey to becoming a Stay. If you get a chance listen and watch their First Take videos. They are very special. Given their ages and they produce, arrange and write their own songs - they really are genius. Also...there's a 'reason' they are walking to the 'backdoor' in Gods Menu😉 see if you can work it out 🙃 All 3 go into the playlist because Miroh grows on you the more you listen to it and it works so well when you play it around different songs.

I was genuinely shook by how good it was! I am starting to think Bang Chan is an extremely talented person for sure haha I love that logo. I’m now a fan of many groups in K-pop, but SKZ was where I started, and they will always hold a special place in my heart.
Based on some of the things you said in this reaction, may I suggest a few more of their songs?
A couple of older songs that I still absolutely love are “Side Effects” (lots of the sound/voice layering you liked) and “Victory Song” (an anthem that never fails to get me pumped up).
More recently, I happen to like “Venom” even better than “Maniac” (same album) and “Circus” (a Japanese release). Also, I find it very difficult to decide whether or not I like “Back Door” better than “God’s Menu”.
There are so many good ones, but I also want to throw in “Christmas Evel”. It’s so much fun! I know others have suggested it, too, and with good reason.

They have such great music and they do a lot of the making and lyric writing. To answer you questions about who designed the logo it was Bangchan the leader and Miroh is pronounced Mi- row. Red Lights is also a MUST. It’s with Bangchan and Hyunjin.

How you thought the beat was gonna drop in Miroh made me laugh because that happens with people a lot, actually I’m pretty sure they do that on purpose to add creativity to there songs, they like to trick you so you don’t know what will happen next, they don’t like to be predictable, and also Woojin was the 9th member, but left in 2019, he was in Miroh, but not gods menu, and maniac because those were made in 2020, and 2022. Stray kids have a lot of different genres so if you like something less on the crazy side things like lonely st, ex, and basically a lot of their side songs are good. This video made me happy lol I’m glad you enjoy stray kids!

My only note is that the LYRICS are very important as they write them all themselves and put their whole souls into it. The fact that you took the time to do research means so much to STAYs!! The more you learn about them, the more you love them. It’s just a fact. Han was the one who wrote the lyric “Cooking like a Chef I’m a five star Michelin” and it was deliberate, it’s basically saying that Felix’s Voice and visuals exceed normal limits

As showed on God's menu ending scene, the kids opened the "back door" meaning their song Back door is the part two of God's menu. It has an MV and I think you could also love it. Imo not the one that stands out the most among their songs but i really wonder if you'll notice why this song is the continuation of God's menu, would love to see your analysis on the lyrics and clip also their choreo on this is CRAZY good, the energy is unmatched 💥 btw if I could suggest you songs by them that are brilliant in terms of production but have unfortunatly no mvs i would go with domino and charmer. I love your videos so far. You're so respectful and nice. I'm a huge stay since two years now and i felt very happy to see you so involved already 😭🙏
